• All vehicles must comply with community and HOA parking regulations

• No overnight street parking allowed

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early Check-in / Late Check-out

• Available at $45 per hour, subject to availability

🗑 Trash & Waste Disposal

• All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags

• Dispose of trash in the trash bins located at the front of the house

• Trash is collected every morning by the HOA



♨️ Pool Heating (Optional)

• Pool heating available for $35 per day

• For best results, please request pool heat at least 3 days before arrival



🔥 Grill Rental (Optional)

• 4-burner grill: $105 per week (Includes one full propane tank)

• Additional days: $15 per day

• Extra propane refill: $40

To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essential items, including trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.

For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.



🛁 Towels Policy

• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and the surrounding community.
