HOUSE RULES

- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Additional guests incur a fee of $200 per guest, per night, charged to the card on file.

- Smoking: 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the house, on the patio, and in community areas. Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) results in a $500 penalty fee plus additional cleaning charges.

- Parties & gatherings: No parties, events, or large gatherings. Violations result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property.

- Pets: Unauthorized pets incur a $500 penalty fee plus additional cleaning charges.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — please keep noise to a minimum to respect the community.

- Noise & smoke monitoring: A Minut sensor in the living room monitors noise levels and detects smoke (including tobacco and cannabis). It does not record audio or video, protecting your privacy.

- Safety devices: Disabling or interfering with any safety device (including the Minut sensor and smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.



Guests who violate these rules are responsible for any damages and costs to restore the property. Cozy Stay Getaways reserves the right to cancel reservations and request guests to vacate immediately.
