Lovely 6 bedroom Pool Home w/ 5 King beds and more

This cozy, yet spacious home is located in a gated community near Disney. The large patio invites you to enjoy the Florida weather. We encourage you to swim in the pool or cook on the propane grill. You`ll have the privacy and peace of a lovely home and access to resort amenities like a gym, and tennis court! Whether you`re getting ready to visit Central Florida attractions or simply enjoying peaceful days with family and friends, this home has everything you need for the vacation you deserve.



This home is spacious with two living areas inside and one living area outside. The outdoor patio has a grill and television so you can swim in the pool or just enjoy the Florida weather while watching an event or your favorite show.

There is a master bedroom downstairs with an ensuite and King bed. The second downstairs bedroom also has a King bed. Upstairs, in addition to the living room, you have a desk for office work, and an additional four rooms. One of the rooms has a crib and changing area for children. There are two bunkbeds. Two of the beds are full, and the other set are twins.

There are three parking spots. One compact car can fit in the garage. Two cars can fit in the driveway. All other cars parked anywhere else, including the grass, sidewalks and street will be towed.

We are close to the Orlando area and about 1.5 hours away from Tampa.



Access to the entire home will be given once the rental agreement is signed and you are given the access codes before your arrival date and time.

Guests Must be at least 25 years old to book and provide a valid ID. Photo ID required before check-in.



Guest must sign an electronic rental agreement.



Full list of adult guests first and last names are required before check-in



We require your full guest list (ALL adults staying on property and number of children) 36 hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.



Guest use the swimming pool at their own risk.

Pool heating must be requested two days in advance and is $40 daily for week rentals only.





Parking is free. We only have room for 3 cars total on property.



No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time. Please note there is a ring camera and outside camera`s in the front and side of the house that are monitored by the owners.



If there are signs of a party, security will be called and there will be a $500 minimum fee.

Examples of parties include but are not limited to: Loud music being heard on the cameras, excessive opening and closing of doors and windows during quiet hours, multiple guests or guests that are not on the supplied guest list leaving and entering the home, cars parked on the street or grass, etc.



Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 minimum.



Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only



Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are not allowed in this community.



Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.



Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing



Electric Cars are prohibited to be charged at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $1500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.





QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 7 a.m. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.



Please place garbage bins on the curb Thursday night or Friday morning by 7 a.m.

Please bring the garbage bin in Friday evening if you are not checking out, as there is a fee for bins left at the curb.

There is parking for three vehicles at this private residence.

Please don`t take anything from the home if you didn`t bring with you.

No parking in the street overnight from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Your car will be towed.
