Notre belle villa est située à moins de 15 minutes de Disney et à proximité de toutes les attractions principales. Cette maison de 5 chambres 4 salles de bain entiÚrement climatisé a une piscine fermée donnant sur l'un des lacs tranquilles dans le trÚs recherché Lake Berkley Resort.
Il y a un Premium Leisure 'Vitalizer' Hot Tub sur le pont et la couleur LED d'éclairage à plusieurs dans la piscine ainsi que d'un professionnel converti entiÚrement climatisé Salle de jeux avec une table de billard en ardoise lit 8ft, électriques canapés en cuir inclinable, un 50inch TV LED, Blu Ray, X Box avec Kinect, iJuke, tabourets de bar et de table.
Le logement dispose d'une suite parentale au rez-de-chaussée avec une grande salle de bains privative avec baignoire et douche séparée. Il ya une autre chambre de la Reine sur le rez de chaussée avec une salle de bains voisine avec cabine de douche. A l'étage supérieur est un thÚme chambre de la Reine spacieuse 'Hollywood Greats "avec une salle de bains et deux chambres avec lits jumeaux partageant la salle de bains principale. Une des caractéristiques d'une chambre double "Mickey Mouse et ses amis", les autres caractéristiques de Harry Potter. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une grande salle familiale avec des plafonds voûtés, une télévision connectée à écran plat de 50 pouces, un lecteur Blu-Ray, une Playstation 2, une chaßne stéréo avec radio, un lecteur CD et une station d'accueil pour iPod. Un des convertis de la canapé dans un lit. Il ya une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec plaque de cuisson en céramique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur avec distributeur de glaçons. La villa propose également un repas formel et un coin petit-déjeuner avec vue sur la piscine et le lac. Il ya une buanderie entiÚrement équipée avec lave-linge et sÚche-linge.
Dehors, il ya une véranda couverte, de tables et de chaises pour manger dehors et transats pour se détendre autour de la piscine. La piscine a l'avantage d'une clÎture de sécurité pour enfants (amovible)

Very nice experience

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. We really liked all aspects of this house and will come back next year. House was very clean and comfortable, excellent AC with cooling fans. Hosts were great to communicate with.

Our family had the best time. It was only 15 minutes from Disney. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Very nice pool. Plenty of towels and dinnerware. We also had a few duck families come to greet us. Would definitely go back. Thank you Jeannette & Brian for sharing your home with us.

Great house!

Everything was just like the description. Plenty of room for 9 of us! Kitchen was fully stocked, even had a crockpot. About 20-25 minutes to Disney World. We would highly recommend this place!

It is what is says

The description of the property is very accurate. Rooms are as descripted as is rest of the house. Very positive comments from us except one thing. They say "no condiments or cleaning supplies" and they mean it. We had an infant throw up and the only cleaning supplies were paper towels and water. We bought supplies to clean the floor since we were going to be there all week. You need to bring everything from salt & pepper to dish soap. For such a nice property, seems a bit tight on supplies.

An exceptional gem of a home, from themed rooms to visual cues, character inspired pieces, customizations, memorabilia, all inspired from Disney! We spent seven days at this property and had a fantastic time. The location, pool and interior of home were all very comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the items they had available as well (cooler, beach umbrella, pool noodles, etc). Overall would recommend and will be staying again :)

The property was immaculate and clean. Beautiful decor for the local area. Plenty of space to spread out friends and family. Clean and safe community with polite guard staff. Orlando/theme park traffic was not terrible. Good options to get around and avoid major back ups on the road.

It is a nice property, clean and well-organized. There are minor inconveniences like about 10%of VRBO rental properties share;No Kleenex boxed, no extra toilet papers, no dishwashing items such as brushes, sponges, cloth etc., no salt and peppers, only a small handwashing soap but no regular soaps, shampoo or conditioner, etc.

The home was exactly as listed. It was clean, spacious, and charming. It served our needs for 10 days. The kids enjoyed the heated pool in down times. It wad close to the Disney parks. All of the bedrooms worked out great for all of us.

This house was amazing. The boys had a great time in the game room with the gigantic screen TV and pool table while everyone had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. I wouldnt do it again

Staying here really put a damper on our vacation! It says it is close to a lot of things but it takes at least 35 minutes to get to everything! The only thing it is close to is walmart. If you arent leaving the vrbo its fine, you can just stay in. But the speed bumps are terrible in the complex, you basically have to be going 5 mph to not mess up your car. The resort was closed so we didn't enjoy that. The place smells like cigarette smoke. We saw a few gekos in the house ( not a huge deal) but then we saw TWO roaches. The host said they are common in Florida. I have vacation in Florida for the past 7 years and never had that experience. They said send a picture but there isnt an option to upload so they sent someone to spray only two rooms and that was it. We wanted to leave but that wasnt an option because the host "fixed" the problem. But I had to try to deal with that while trying to enjoy universal studios.But we felt so gross, there were spiders and other crawlies. In front of harry potter room and game room, the AC leaked so there were many wet socks. It was just very annoying. My sister was able to book a place that was significantly cheaper and they had good spot and no bugs and there resort was open. The nice the was the themes and checking in. The pool lights up which is cool.

Wonderful villa

Beautiful villa. Comfortable, clean plenty of space. We’ve had a fabulous 2 week stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids (14 & 9) and the games room was great fun to chill with beer after a day in the parks. The hot tub wasn’t used much as it was actually too hot to sit in. Had to take Voldemort off the wall in the Harry Potter room though. He was a little too scary. The complex was lovely and felt very secure and safe. Great location for Walmart and some great restaurants nearby. Great facilities in the villa for washing too. Only criticism would be it’s a good 45minute to universal studios depending on traffic. 100% would recommend this villa to everyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a fab holiday.

This property is one of the most impressive holiday home that I have had the privilege to stay in. On arrival the check-in process was simple, as the owners of the property provided accurate information, well in advance. The property was very clean and tidy, and all equipment and amenities worked well. The owners of the property have gone the extra mile in the decoration villa. With the 2 twin bedroom a delight for any Micky Mouse or Harry Potter fans. The property is in an excellent location, close to a supermarket, and the main highways for accessing the resorts and attractions.

Fantastic vacation

Just left our home away from home. to start off I was very impressed with all communication with Jeanette & Brian. Arrived 1/2 hr early but they would not let us through the gate. made us sit out on the road until 4pm not a great start
woman at the gate was extremely rude. Finally pulled into our house & the instructions were laid out perfectly for entry. Very impressed with the layout! Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We ordered a BBQ for the week and it arrived on schedule by a wonderful man Very friendly. We really didn’t have to question anything the garbage was explained well
except we weren’t sure what to do with the glass(in Canada we recycle) so maybe put a little more clarity on that. The pool was great.kids were in it constantly. The hot tub had a very strong chemical smell coming from it & we couldn’t get in it
made us choke up..so maybe check the chemical content in it.? The lake created a fabulous backdrop with ducks wandering about and we made great use of the fishing gear in the closet!! The kids and adults fished almost every day. Game room was also used every evening! Bedrooms were comfortable especially the master
which was downstairs and massive! One thing I hadn’t seen mentioned that I would love to have know before coming was that there are 3 booster car seats in the closet
we travelled with them so it would have been good to know that there were some already there. Walmart right around Overall great stay & would return

Excellent property with all you need for a fabulous holiday. Spacious accommodation with lovely outlook within a reasonable drive of all the parks. The owners are super accommodating. We even saw two rocket launches from the terrace!
