Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Kissimmee! Perfectly situated near Disney & Animal Kingdom, Shopping, Dining and Entertainment are at your fingertips. Whether you're in town for a magical vacation, a business trip, or a romantic getaway, our apartment provides the perfect home base for your adventures.

Located near to the Disney Villages, with several shopping and entertainment locations nearby. Lake Buena Vista, Disney, Disney Springs, Epcot, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and Universal Studios, all 10-20 minutes away. Shopping plazas and Prime Eateries a quick walk across the street. Several active Plazas with lots of options.

Guest will enter their apartment using the August Lock app (which should be downloaded to your smart phone prior to arrival) to access the apartment. The building entry fob for your first entry will be on the building gate, then use your fob for future entry. You have full access to your own apartment, use of the clubhouse, pool and gym.

As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a queen-size sofa chaise lounge and a 50 inch flat-screen TV, creating a relaxing space for you to unwind after a long day of exploring the Kissimmee area.

Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes modern appliances, such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen offers a cozy spot to enjoy your meals.

The bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is ample storage space for your belongings in the walk in closet and dresser. The bathroom features a shower, and we provide fresh towels and essential toiletries to enhance your stay.

Our apartment also offers amenities to make your visit even more enjoyable. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and free Prime Video. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.

The location of our apartment is truly unbeatable. Situated in the popular 192 Area and within 10 minutes of Disney, you'll find yourself surrounded by an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Breakfast and shopping is within walking distance!

192 East or West is your nearest thoroughfare. MCO Airport is 30 minutes away via 417 highway. Disney is 7 to 10 minutes, Universal Studios 25 minutes.

NOTE: Our home is self-catering. There are starter paper products, toiletries, and laundry items. Refills may be obtained by guests from the nearby Walgreens.
