Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent for $95 plus tax. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

Magical

I brought my adult children and grandchildren to Disney. There are no words to describe how perfect this house was. It is 5 minutes from Disney and the house was large enought to accommodate 14 people (8 adults and 6 children). The pool area was such a highlight of this house along with the game room. I can't say enought about the accommodations.

Perfect Summer Escape

Everyone had such a great time. We had a group of 11 and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and the house was well stocked with enough plates, utensils, fridge space etc to accommodate us. The house layout was great. The living room was super spacious and all of the bedrooms are oversized. The game room was of course was a big hit with all the kids/teensad was the pool. The outdoor movie screen was amazing. I actually came home and looked one up for ourown pool. I also really enjoyed the outside seating and enjoying my morning coffee looking at the pool. The community amenities we're also great. It was a decent walk to the waterpark & pool, I believe around 1/2 mile, so easy to manage. The pool was great and there was plenty of seating. The resort played games with the kids so everybody enjoyed that. The water slides were fun even for the adults. Would definitely recommend booking this home as everything was as described and the owner was easy to reach when needed.

Not as nice as the pictures

Carpet was worn and stained. Hair from previous clients was everywhere. Only 3 spoons. Pool table material was ripped. Dining room light worked less than half the time. A breaker was tripped when we got there which is why we had to stumble around in a half lit home to find it. Not worth the money!

House was fairly clean however we were greeted by large half eaten chicken bones in entrance which were not removed after mentioned to property manager; TV didn't work in the one themed bedroom; batteries dead in living room remote; pool too dirty (bugs) to use; house walls thin - could hear anyone in any room of the house. Gated community nice but not conducive for group comings and goings. Would not stay at this house again.

Our extended family of adults, teens, toddlers and babes all stayed in this fantastic home. It was a super convenient, clean, quiet and safe location. Check in was easy and the owner was very receptive to emails. We had everything we needed for a great family trip to Disney.

Good location

We stayed for Thanksgiving. It is very convenient if you plan on doing Disney. The house isn’t well stocked so if you plan to cook you may need to bring your own measuring cups, bowls, cookie sheets and dishes to cook in. The bedding is not high quality and it Looks better in pictures than in person. It’s a decent value for families. pictures

The home had plenty of space for everyone. The pool and outside projector were a nice addition. It may not seem like a big thing, but it was also nice to be able to control the thermostat. This home was well kept, clean, and a great overall experience.

Amazing Family Vacation Home

We honestly could have stayed at the house and not visited any parks and still would have had a wonderful trip. Perfectly located to everything you could want or need. The game room was a hit with our children and the adults. The outside pool area is as advertised! I can honestly say I spent most of my free time by the outdoor bar! It’s definitely worth the money spent for what you are getting!

Wonderful Stay

House was great for 10 people (2 families), rooms were nice sized and layout of house was very functional. Pool area was superb. Very close to Disney. Neighborhood felt extremely safe. We loved the game room, and having two wager and dryers was excellent.

Perfect spot for large group!

Three moms and eight teen girls who just finished middle school found this property perfect for their needs! The six bedrooms were perfect for our group. Each mom had her own bedroom. Four girls shared the Mickey room - one on the top bunk, two on the bottom full bunk and one on the twin trundle. Two more girls took the Harry Potter room and the last two girls took a king room. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because when we returned from the water parks each day it was nasty outside but it looked perfectly inviting minus the clouds. The kitchen could use some additional pans - there are plenty of pots, just one smaller pizza pan. A measuring cup and strainer for pasta would be good too! Plenty of glasses, bowls, utensils and glassware. The game room was fun for the kids - so much to do in there and with the door closed, the moms didn’t have to hear a thing. Daily trash pick up was convenient. Accessing the property was easy through the manned gate. Important - when you come in, put the 2600 N Old Lake Wilson address of the guard house in because the house address may lead you to a back gate that you can’t access. And 192 - the main road off the highway that you take to access the property is terrible, but it’s only about 1.5 miles on that road and it shouldn’t deter you from staying here - just know it takes a few extra minutes in traffics. Overall - we’d stay again for sure.

The home was comfortable for our group of 13. Plenty of towels, beds, and basic essentials. We unfortunately were unable to take full advantage of using the game room and pool due to our busy schedule. I would recommend this home for your next vacation. Close to Walmart

Great Location for visiting all parks! The house has everything you need to keep everyone of all ages occupied. It was only 4 of us as we enjoy our space and this was a perfect place to relax and play.
