This home sleeps up to 24 guests across 9 bedrooms — and every single bedroom has its own private, attached bathroom. No hallway traffic, no sharing, no waiting. After a full day at the parks, everyone gets to decompress on their own terms.

The home is 4 miles from Disney, which means you skip long vacation commutes and get back to the pool fast after the parks. That convenience alone changes the feel of the whole trip.

Optional pool heating available for $65/day, set to 85°F year-round. Please request at least 72 hours in advance — a $85 convenience fee applies for later requests.

This home works just as well for corporate retreats, masterminds, and wedding parties. We can help configure the space for breakout areas or event setups on request.

Pets are welcome with a $200 fee per pet per stay.

We partner with a trusted local rental company that offers additional amenities — including a fresh, clean grill available on request — for an extra cost. Reach out before or after booking if you have specific needs.

For same-day bookings, housekeeping may still be finishing near the standard check-in time. A later check-in can be arranged if needed.

Please note: this home doesn't include resort access — the Aqua Park water park, water slides, lazy river, and other Encore Resort amenities aren't available to guests. We hope you still have a wonderful stay!
