The Space:

Sunlight pours through the wide windows as you step onto the patio, the scent of fresh coffee drifting from the kitchen. The day unfolds at your own pace, whether you linger by the private pool or gather around the dining table for a shared meal. Laughter echoes from the game room, and the evening settles into relaxed conversation in the family lounge.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs the primary bedroom offers a king bed for two guests. Upstairs you’ll find another primary bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms each equipped with a queen bed, and two themed bedrooms. The Clouds bedroom provides a full bed and a twin bed, while the Minions bedroom also features a full bed and a twin bed. Six bathrooms serve the six bedrooms, and linens and bathroom essentials are supplied for a comfortable stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for group meals. It opens onto a spacious indoor dining area where long, shared meals and conversation flow easily. A smart lock enables self check‑in, and free parking, a washer and dryer, and high‑speed wifi are available for convenience.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub, perfect for cooling off or unwinding after a busy day. The patio includes comfortable loungers and a BBQ grill, inviting casual outdoor meals under the sky. The layout encourages both quiet moments with a book and lively gatherings by the water.



Entertainment & extras

A dedicated game room adds another layer of fun, featuring a pool table and a ping pong table for friendly competition. A comfortable family room with a TV provides a relaxed setting for movie nights. A dedicated workspace lets you catch up on emails or plan your next adventure.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
