The Space:

Soft morning light spills through the front doors, inviting you to stretch out in a spacious gathering area designed for families and groups. The quiet of the neighborhood blends with the distant hum of nearby attractions, setting a playful tone for the day ahead. After a day exploring Disney World, SeaWorld, or Universal Studios, you can retreat to your own pool and hot tub, letting the warm Central Florida air melt away any fatigue.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers nine bedrooms across two levels, providing space for up to sixteen guests with fifteen beds and five full bathrooms. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and two baths, while upstairs houses seven bedrooms and three baths. Themed rooms—Frozen, Harry Potter, and Encanto—add a whimsical touch for younger travelers. Bed linens, clothing storage, and essentials are supplied for a relaxed stay.



Indoor living

A large living room accommodates the whole group for movies or conversation, and a dedicated game room features a pool table, foosball, an arcade game, and a console. A TV and sound system extend entertainment options throughout the house. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide alarms keep the environment comfortable and safe year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas give you plenty of room to share meals after long days out. Essentials, a washer and dryer, and a grill on the patio add convenience for extended stays.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub that invite you to relax at any time. The patio includes outdoor furniture for quiet mornings or evening gatherings. As guests, you also receive free access to the ChampionsGate resort amenities, including a water park, lazy river, fitness center, playground, and additional recreational spaces.

Located in the Retreat at ChampionsGate in Davenport, the property is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, golf courses, and a variety of dining options. Easy access to major roads makes exploring Central Florida straightforward.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have one ring flood cameras on garage (upper right in garage) not intended to record you or your guests.
