Located within the prestigious Reunion Resort, you are only 6 miles away from Walt Disney World® Resort and in a prime location close to everything Central Florida has to offer.

As you enter the foyer, you will be welcomed into luxury. The entryway is decorated with contemporary artwork and mirrors, and looming over you is a 10 ft. chandelier. The foyer leads you to the grand living area with an open-concept floorplan, perfect for socializing. Get comfortable on the spacious leather sofas and catch up on your favorite TV shows on the 75-inch TV. When it's time for dinner, prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Here the chefs of the family will find everything they need to cook that famous family recipe. Whether you're trying a new recipe or ordering take-out from one of the savory local restaurants, there is plenty of serving space for the whole family. Gather around the 2 formal dining tables that seat up to 16 guests, with additional seating for 4 available at the breakfast bar.

Soak up all of the Florida sunshine on your private pool patio. Slide open the glass doors from your grand living area and spend your days cooling off in the private pool. The downstairs master suite provides a royal experience, featuring a king-size bed, sitting area, and TV. The ensuite bathroom is fit for a king or queen with a large walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanity. Blast off into space in the next downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV. Travel to the depths of the ocean to discover what treasures lie beneath in the third downstairs bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and ensuite. Explore the jungle in the final downstairs bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the rest of the 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have king-size beds and their own ensuite bathrooms. Rest easy in the paranormal-themed room, but don't worry all of the haunts found here are friendly. Soar to new heights in the circus-themed room or lounge with the feel of a tropical island in the Hawaiin-themed room. Learn about new cultures in the world-theme bedroom.

The kids of the party won't stop talking about the super cool bedrooms they got to sleep in on their best vacation yet! The 2 custom-built kids' bedrooms offer plenty of bunk bed sleeping space and 2 ensuite bathrooms each. Pirates can look for buried treasure in the pirate-themed bedroom where they will be sleeping in a pirate ship! Little ones can explore a forest filled with talking animals and even find their own laughing place in the magical forest-themed bedroom. The garage has been converted into a game room filled with a variety of arcades that everyone in your party, no matter the age, will have a blast on! There is also spacious couch seating for when you just want to lounge and enjoy a drink with friends. Access the second-floor balcony from the loft which has cozy patio seating. Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Happiest House

The happiest was immediately that for us and especially for the children. The game room and theme bedrooms caught and kept the attention of the children; they played from sun up to sundown. The pool was private and a means for the children to splash as long as they chose. The floor design gave privacy to each household when time to lay down and rest, and plenty of space to socialize while up and moving about. Maintenance was needed for a few items; however, the response was quick and it was four things that pertain to normal wear and tear. The overall experience was enjoyable. Thank you.
