Welcome to this spacious 2,000 sq ft single-story home, less than 20 minutes from Disney World! Enjoy a larger-than-average private pool with plenty of sunshine, a spacious covered lanai, and ample lounge seating for relaxing. We're committed to providing a great guest experience and have recently upgraded the home with new vinyl flooring throughout, replacing all carpet. While we've made many improvements, we also have additional updates planned for the future.

Home Layout



• LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:

Enjoy the open-concept living area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks or spending time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features a modern refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker, ample counter space, and plenty of natural light from the sliding doors and vaulted ceilings. Please review the Amenities List to confirm everything included with your stay.



• LAUNDRY ROOM: (Washer & Dryer). A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the garage, conveniently located next to the front entrance.



• 1ST BEDROOM: Overlooking the pool, the spacious master suite features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, 40" Smart TV, walk-in closet, dresser, and a private en-suite bathroom.



• 1ST BATHROOM: Located inside the master suite, this oversized bathroom includes double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



• 2ND BEDROOM: Perfect for kids, this themed “lion king” bedroom includes two twin beds, a closet with hangers, ceiling fan, and a 24" TV.



• 2nd BATHROOM:

Located next to Bedroom 2, this full bathroom includes a bathtub and also provides convenient access from the pool area



• 3rd BEDROOM:

This bedroom features a queen-size bed, 40" Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a closet with hangers.



• 4th BEDROOM:

Located at the end of the hallway, this spacious bedroom offers a queen-size bed, closet with hangers, and a private en-suite bathroom.



• 3rd BATHROOM:

The private en-suite bathroom for Bedroom 4 includes a bathtub.



• BACKYARD:

The fully fenced backyard offers plenty of privacy and can be accessed from both the living room and the hallway. Enjoy the oversized private pool, covered lanai, and outdoor seating.

A BBQ grill is available for a $75 fee, which includes propane plus cleaning before and after use.

For security purposes, one exterior camera faces the pool area.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Guests may smoke outdoors only. An ashtray is provided, and we kindly ask that it be emptied after use.



• PARKING:

The home offers driveway parking, and street parking is also available where permitted. Please follow all posted street signs and parking regulations.



• PETS:

Pets are welcome! A pet fee applies. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture and owners must clean up after their pets, including in the backyard. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if these rules are not followed.



• LOCATION:

Located in Kissimmee, the home is less than 8 miles (approximately 15–18 minutes) from Disney World and under 5 miles (10–13 minutes) from Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

The property is situated in a non-gated community with on-site security and a mix of full-time residents and vacation homes.



• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING

This is a self-catering property. We provide a small starter welcome kit, but we recommend stopping by a nearby grocery store to purchase any additional supplies needed for the remainder of your stay.

Please note: We provide bath towels, but washcloths are not provided, so please bring your own if needed.
