Sleeping arrangements

Two queen beds sleep up to 4 guests, all set within the same frosty, character-inspired décor. Fresh bed linens, hangers, and a standalone clothing storage unit are provided, whether you're settling in for a weekend or a longer stay.

There's no full kitchen here, but a mini fridge and microwave handle the basics - great for cold drinks, snacks, or reheating leftovers after a long day at the parks. Old Town Kissimmee is 5 miles from the property, Gatorland is about 10 miles, and Celebration, FL is 7 miles away. Orlando International Airport is roughly 30 miles out, about a 35-minute drive.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are welcome, and self check-in is available via smart lock.
