  • Spacious and stylishly setup 6 bedroom house with a private pool and resort style amenities located at a highly rated Solterra Resort. This massive house features 6 bedrooms, private swimming pool, BBQ, lazy river, gym, jacuzzi, pool bar/restaurant, tennis courts ideal for family reunions. Stylishly setup, the 3300sq ft house features high speed internet and Smart Home Security system for additional safety of our guests. This place is suitable for families only and this is NOT a party place.

    This massive house features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 washrooms, kitchen, living room, patio, private swimming pool, etc. The retreat house is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Features include:
    - 1 King bed
    - 1 King bed

    - 1 Bunk bed (two twin beds) + twin bed
    - 2 Double beds
    - Wireless Internet (WiFi)
    - 75 inch Smart TV in Living room

This is a very nice house and was extremely clean and kept up. Private pool was a nice option for down time. Even with 6 bedrooms there was still a ton of space to gather around and spend time or have group activities.

The e house was amazing, it was clean, check in process was flawless. I have no complaints, the subdivision was great and a water park. Would stay here again.

It was okay, nice size! I was expecting something a little more fancier, the way the host was emailing ensuring we did not damage the property. My home is in better shape than this property, the host needs to relax! Bed in MBR headboard was shaky, bed low, carpet was clean however, does need to be replaced.one tv works, the Roku box in MBR did not have a power cord, tv upstairs volume did not work. Overall, it was ok, nothing fancy, needs some updating..ceiling fan was covered in dust . The previous guest left food and drinks in room, will not stay again, but our needs were met..

4th of July Family Gathering

Check in was easy, We were able to fit everyone comfortably from the baby to all of the couples. The property manager got back to us in a timely fashion. There is tons of space for a large family.

1) I had to send photo of my id document, to the owner. I don't know why he needed it for.2) I received in the first day (when we were sleeping with my wife) an advice in my cell phone, at 23 hs., saying not disturbing after 22hs !!!!).3) In the second day when we returned to the house, there was a man inside the house (a plumber) Nobody told me before.4) When we were leaving the house, checking all the bedrooms, there was a bag with some marihuana, below one of the beds. It's too much!!!!!I think that this kind of rentings, must have a responsible person prior and after, in charge of revision. I travelled a lot for many countries, and never felt these situations.

We had such a great time in this beautiful home! This is our 2nd time staying at Solterra Resort and we absolutely love the community here. My Fiancée and I agree that everyone is very welcoming and it really gives you a sense of peace when you are here. The home had everything needed from entertainment or if you are looking to just unwind after a long day. Perfect for entertaining guests. I couldn’t be happier with our stay, the only regret was not staying longer! Arthur is great as well, always respectful and responsive. I would recommend this home to any family looking to stay here in Central Florida!

Nicely appointed home in a great location near theme parks.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the home. The home was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. The owner was very quick in his response time to my messages. The no smoking policy anywhere on the premises was an added bonus because we didn’t have to contend with any odors lingering in or around the home which made our stay that much more comfortable.
