Bella Vida sits just off US-192 in Kissimmee, near Walt Disney World. Universal, SeaWorld and the main tourist corridor are within easy reach, and a Walmart, restaurants and shops are close to the resort entrance.



Getting Around:

🚘 Transportation

Having a car makes exploring Central Florida simple. Parking at the home is free.



⚠️ PARKING WARNING: vehicles must be parked in the home's driveway or designated spots only. Bella Vida's HOA tows any car left on the street or sidewalk, with no prior notice.



Prohibited vehicles: trailers, boats, RVs, campers, moving trucks and commercial vehicles.



All drivers must be registered before check-in; gate instructions are sent before your arrival.

Option 1 — Damage Waiver: add a small one-time, non-refundable fee and minor accidental damage is covered.

Option 2 — Security Deposit: a refundable amount, released after check-out once the home has been checked (typically 2–14 days, depending on your card issuer).

Kitchen: 1 sponge, 1 sealed pack of dishwasher pods, 1 dish soap, 2 paper towel rolls

Housekeeping: 1 sealed box of 10 trash bags, 1 bottle of liquid laundry detergent

On request: 1 washcloth per guest
