Solana Resort is conveniently located in Davenport with easy access to US-27, US-192, and I-4, making it an excellent home base for exploring Central Florida.

To help ensure a smooth stay, please review the following information before booking:



Damage Protection:

All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Pool Information:

Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee and must be requested before your arrival. Please note that pool heating may be less effective during colder weather.

The pool is serviced weekly, and service may occur during your stay.



Housekeeping & Supplies:

This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.



Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM



Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional fees.



Pets:

This home is not pet friendly. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or penalties in accordance with your reservation terms.
