Welcome to our villa! Not just a place to stay at night – this home is an attraction in itself! Let us take you "Up" and away to your next adventure with our 5 bedrooms, 3½ baths, swimming pool, game room – plus a twist! Come see our newly decorated themed rooms.



Original artwork by award-winning artist Bethany Fisackerly (https://www.facebook.com/seebethanypaint/) adorns the home, upstairs and down. You will be enchanted by the “Harry Potter” room, complete with flying keys and an in-room mystery search! Downstairs you can relax with views of Olaf, Simba, the castle with fireworks and reach to the skies with “UP”!



Two downstairs bedrooms, three upstairs, plus a loft and screened-in pool area with a barbecue offer enough space for everyone to have fun! After all the fun you can relax while playing pool, air-hockey, darts, or at-home disc golf.



This beautiful home comes with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and golf clubs available for you to use. The home is also family-friendly with baby-gates, high chair, Pack-and-plays and child-proofing.



Chefs – you will enjoy the baking pans, full oven, Insta-pot, and everything you need to surprise and delight your guests and family!

This is a nice property. My family enjoyed the game room. The Harry Potter room was a nice touch. Great location! Not to far from the parks. We had a fantastic time!

Stocked with everything you could need.

Perfect for our group. Very oriented towards families and kids. Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Pool was fabulous. Could use a little updating but I would give it 5 stars and would definitely choose to stay there again.

Horrible House

House was very dirty. Ants in the kitchen, Dead bugs were found in several areas, Only 1 TV worked, Pool enclosure screen was torn allowing bugs into patio, Beds are very old and uncomfortable, Bathroom showers have mold in them, all the Ceiling fans are covered in dust. We left early due to the unhealthy conditions.

The house needs a professional rug cleaning and rugs stretching , the washer and dryer need to be replaced ,they both are in bad shape , the couches should be replace the beds should be replaced and the refrigerator should be replaced because it freezes up around the freezer door and the pool table should be replaced the table faric is torn and the Cushens are very bad . The house might be ok for a weekly rental but for a longer time it needs work .

"Wow Dad, this is amazing!!!" from my 2 daughters in their twenties as they, my son and our 2 'extras' explored Villamagic on our arrival says it all. Extremely comfortable, roomy (perfect for 7-10 people of all ages), very well equipped (all mod cons, laundry room, games room), excellent air-con plus ceiling fans in all rooms and enchanting artwork in the twin rooms and queen sized double room to keep the 'children' happy. There's even a quiet/library area tucked away on the landing. The Property Manager, David, was excellent, communicating promptly and dealing with our 1 problem (a slight leak in the downstairs w/c that I reported one morning) before we had returned from our day at the theme parks. The fully-screened pool was cleaned and maintained several times during our 2 week stay as well. Going in July, we didn't have the pool heated and that was perfect for cooling off in day or night. Downsides? A car is ESSENTIAL. The local supermarket/food outlets etc are about 5-7 minutes drive, major theme parks 30-50 minutes drive depending on traffic. It's Florida, it's hot, humid with subtropical weather, especially in July!!! Overall? LOVED IT!!! An outstanding credit to its owners and property manager for all our needs. Great value for money as a fully-equipped base for visiting everything from Clearwater Beach/Tampa to Theme Parks in Orlando to rocket launches at Cape Canaveral within an hour and a half's drive. We are planning a return as soon as we can save up for it!

Everything was exemplary, the rooms were large and everything comfortable regarding the property. Every time we had to send a message about small or big things, we received an immediate response within an hour. David Ethington is great. Thank you for us.

Nice place with a few issues

We enjoyed our stay! There were things for everyone to do and we had extras that were helpful i.e. pack n play, highchair. However we requested and paid for the pool to be heated our request was made well in advance of our stay, it was not heated. We also attempted to communicate the property manager several times thru the VRBO app and he was unresponsive. They in fact never responded to up. The only way we were able to reach him was by calling.

Overall Great Stay

I wanted to give this property a 5 but the overall cleanliness was just not adequate. I’m not sure if it was a Covid depleted cleaning workforce but whoever cleaned before we got there did not do a good job. Also, blinds were broken in upstairs bedroom and we had to use a sheet for privacy. Same bedroom had broken bottom drawer in dresser. Downstairs bedroom had big stain on bedskirt. Pool was dirty and cold because water level was low. Once water was added, pool heated up and property manager sent pool company to clean it. Property Manager was very responsive to the issues and apologetic. House was located in a nice neighborhood and very convenient to stores and restaurants. House is spacious and pool has sun all day long.

Process and Prepare

We were looking for a space to process the sudden loss of our Patriarch (January), and prepare for life without him. We were pleased with the home. It was more than the pictures could represent. Tucked away, yet centrally located, close to everything you could want or need. Communication was spot on with Mr. David. He was courteous and quick with responding to my questions. We stayed at several vacation rental properties during our trip. This was the cleanest and most maintained of the properties we stayed in. If you’re looking for a less crowded area and neighborhood, then stay here. David, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to messages, which was a huge plus!

VRBO App didn’t work

When we arrived at the gated community after 4:00 PM (check-in) the app didn’t have the info for the gate code or house key code. I used the chat and the response they did not have my reservation. Be sure to keep an email and/or phone number of the property contact. I contacted David and he called immediately. He stayed on the line until I got to the property and safely into the house. The app email did work and I was able to communicate easily with David. Be aware that pool cleaning can take place at any time during your stay. We were in the pool when they arrived and had to leave for cleaning and could not return for 90 minutes. It did brake up our reason to stay at a home with a pool but it didn’t really ruin our stay.
