➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

This villa is nestled in a calm, family-friendly neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat for guests looking to unwind after exploring nearby attractions. The peaceful streets create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for recharging.



Nearby, you'll discover a range of dining options, from casual spots to family-friendly restaurants. Shopping centers and grocery stores are also within a short drive, giving you easy access to all your essentials.



If you love the outdoors, there are parks and green spaces close by, perfect for leisurely walks or picnics. Even with the serene surroundings, you're still just a short drive from popular theme parks and entertainment options.



Getting Around:

Car: A personal vehicle or rental car is the most convenient way to reach nearby attractions, all within 15-30 minutes.



Uber/Lyft: Ride-sharing services are readily available and provide easy access to key spots in the area.



Shuttle Services: Nearby accommodations may offer shuttle services to local theme parks.



Bus: Public transportation is available a short drive away, connecting to major destinations.



Walking: Some local shops and dining options are reachable with a short drive or a pleasant walk.



Other Things to Note:

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
