Those nearby theme parks are a pretty strong draw, however, and when the time comes, you’ll be within just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios among others, making this destination the ideal blend of relaxation as well as adventure.



Inside the home, bright, fresh colors and metallic accents make a statement among the neutrally toned common areas, with a cooling tile floor providing relief from the Florida heat. A cozy living room offers a plush sofa and loveseat, where you can lazily surf the channels or enjoy a family movie night. A sliding glass door will take you into the back yard when you need a breath of fresh air or a quick warm up. Back inside, the open floor plan makes the main level a hub of entertainment, with games on hand to help you crank up the fun and unleash your competitive side. The elegant dark wood dining room table sits under a sparkling chandelier, providing seating for 7. Should you find yourself in need of catching up on a few emails, a work desk and chair are ready to assist. Just around the corner, the spacious kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of cookware and dinnerware for the convenience of preparing fresh meals at home. A cut-out window allows for views back into the dining room, keeping conversation flowing no matter which room you’re in.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 sailor-themed boat twin beds and a TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ceiling fan.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• This townhouse offers parking for 2 standard sized vehicles in the driveway. No street parking, blocking of sidewalks, or parking on grass allowed.

• Upon arrival at the Regal Palms Resort guests will check in with the guard at the gate with reservation info. All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.

Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.

• In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.

• We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.

• Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.



The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!

This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. - All guests must stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered.

- An additional Resort Fee of $22.50 per night per unit is due to Regal Palms Resort during check in.

- Resort Fees provide access to community amenities: fitness center, gate pass and parking permit(s) for guest vehicles.
