The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and dishes. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room provides a dedicated area for family meals. The property features three private bedrooms designed for a restful nights sleep and two full bathrooms stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. For those needing to stay productive, a designated laptop friendly workspace is available. Practical amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage. Step outside to enjoy the exterior space which features a swimming pool, outdoor furniture for al fresco dining, and a barbecue grill for evening cookouts. Guests also have access to the resort gym and facilities to enhance their stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire single level villa. This includes all three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and the comfortable living area. You are also welcome to use the private laundry room and the designated laptop friendly workspace. Outside, you have full private access to the swimming pool, barbecue grill, and outdoor furniture. Additionally, you are invited to enjoy the resort amenities, including the gym and other shared facilities provided for your convenience.

You are just a short drive from the magic of the Disney parks, making this the ideal home base for your family vacation. Beyond the theme parks, the neighborhood is surrounded by a variety of dining options ranging from casual family eateries to diverse international cuisine, all within a ten to fifteen minute drive. For your shopping needs, several grocery stores and retail outlets are easily accessible within a ten minute drive, ensuring you have everything you need for a stress free stay. The community itself offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring.



Getting Around:

Getting around during your stay is convenient and simple. We highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the area and reach the Disney parks and other Orlando attractions with ease. For your convenience, the villa includes free street parking and private garage access. Orlando International Airport is approximately a thirty five to forty minute drive from our location depending on traffic. While ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the Kissimmee area, public transportation options are limited, so having your own vehicle is the most efficient way to travel.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible. Please note that our standard check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is by 10:00. To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, and we are unable to accommodate pets or events on the property. Guests have access to free street parking and the use of the garage. We kindly ask that you treat our home with care so that future guests can enjoy it just as much as you do.
