Majesty Family Villa is a 4 bed/3 ba townhouse close to Disney. Located across the street from the resort clubhouse which has a community pool with a water slide, a free movie theater (shows 3x a day), splash pad, arcade room, sauna, store and tiki restaurant just to name a few perks. Also has a playground, basketball and tennis courts and a nature trail. Publix, Walmart and Target are all nearby. Island H20 water park is super close. Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed at this property.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (master with king bed another bedroom with a queen and another room with two twin beds.
1st floor has one queen bed

Perfect Stay for your Orlando Destination

Highly, highly recommend staying here! Spent 9 nights in early January visiting theme parks and the Orlando area. Great location for the theme parks with nearby freeway access (Animal Kingdom ~15 min; Epcot ~25 min; Universal ~40 min). Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops less than a 10 minute drive away. The house is directly across the street from the resort clubhouse, perfect to jump in the hot tub after the theme parks. Only had one minor issue during the stay that was immediately addressed by the host. Will definitely look to stay here again on my next Orland visit.

Christmas Shopping

This is definitely the perfect property for families.. I stay in Orlando often and we either rent a villa or a hotel. This is a property that I will seek out again. The owner provided nice touches to the place that made it like home. The winter wonderland theme with the snowman tree was adorable. I loved the fact that the home was well stocked. Plenty of plates, pots, pans, garbage bags, a whole bottle of laundry detergent, coffee for the keurig, toilet paper and paper towels. Who wants to fight Walmart for those things on vacation? I appreciate all the work that has been put into this villa. And Crystal is quick to respond and very pleasant to communicate with. We had a great time. Ladonya Taylor

Great property near Disney Springs

The accommodations were perfect for the number of kids and parents who stayed. Parking was perfect as well, unloaded right in front of the door. The owners communicated quickly to questions I had. Highly recommend this property. The pool and tennis courts were directly across the parking lot; couldn't have got a better location!

Five Stars!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in was effortless, the property was clean. My son loved all of the pool toys. The host Crystal is fabulous, she reached out to me to make sure I had received the door code. I hadn’t received it so she got me one ASAP. Once checked in Crystal contacted me to see how things were going and if we needed anything . I HIGHLY recommend this property you will not be disappointed!!

Look no further

Our family booked this for a sports tournament and the place was everything and more. The owner communicated very VERY well and got back to us quickly with anything. The only negative was that we couldn't stay longer. I hope the next family enjoys it as much as we did. It's also in a great location for anything you would need too.

Great Place

Loved the property. Had a party of 9 people and still had plenty of room. The villa was very clean and nicely furnished. Had toys for the kids to play with both in the villa and outside at small pool in the back. The large community pool and slide were right across the street, very nice area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We had an excellent time. Communication with the owner was great. Messaged me several times to be sure things were going smoothly. Easy to work with. The house it decorated nicely. Large enough for 2 small families. Soft linens & comfy beds. Directly across from the resort pool. We had a wonderful time! Video door bell camera. Roku smart TVs. Cable. Pool in back is small but adequate. Has a nice patio table. Lots of pool toys & towels. Kitchen fully stocked. Washer and dryer. Plenty of linens. A/C nice and cold. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Amazing and quiet!

From the booking process until checkout, communication was amazing! They made sure we knew what to expect and they reached out to ensure everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean and literally had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit for my 5 and 6-year-old, and there was even a box full of fun floating and pool toys for them to enjoy. The house is right across from the community center and the resort-style pool. The pool has a waterslide and two hot tubs to enjoy, along with a bar and grille at the pool. The community center has a miniature store, which was very convenient, as well as a movie theater, arcade, fitness center and sauna. Enough about the amenities, again, the house was amazing! The pictures do it no justice! We wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately work and school take priority. Lol. You can bet we will be back. The hosts are extremely nice, accommodating and really care about you having the best experience while you're vacationing in their home. Thank you again for an amazing and memorable stay!

Beautiful property and great location

The home is beautiful and a great location. There is a beautiful view of the community pool and it is conveniently located and easy to access. The beds in the home were some of the most comfortable we've slept in of all the locations we have rented. Definitely a great experience.

Summer Staycation
