This home is equipped with a pool heater to keep the water comfortable year-round.

Note: Heating efficiency depends on external temperatures (best above 60°F). It takes approximately 24 hours to heat the 35,000+ gallon pool. The heater runs with the pool pump and does not operate overnight. Please contact us for non-refundable pricing.
