ENTRANCE:

Appearing before your eyes is a charming sun-drenched tropical style villa with palm trees and foliage, rest your hats and shoes on the shelf, put your keys on the beautiful welcome table and feel at ease as you are home. White and blue living area gives you a cool feeling while relaxing before or after a day in the sun. Luxurious interior, cozy space, and wonderful decorations are words used to describe the space and settings of this house.

LIVING ROOM:

You can sit on the plush sofa with soft pillows, catch up with friends and family or watch entertainment in front of the 65 inches flat-screen TV. White modern coffee table with light makes the living room more luxurious. The special thing about this living room is that there are two armchairs with unique textures and wallpaper balloons, “UP” lifts your dream to the sky. Natural light is received from outside the sliding glass door and the transom window. While sitting here you can also look out at the activities outside the pool or enjoying a book while sipping your choice of beverages.

BEDROOM:

Spacious house with 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a King master bedroom with delightful beach theme decorations, sliding glass door that is the entrance to the swimming pool, and a fully equipped private bathroom. The window welcomes natural light, providing a great resting space after a tiring day of activities, rest assured that it is a great place to relax with discreet, black out curtains if you want a quiet space. The house is quite suitable for families with children because the next 2 rooms are bunk beds and twin beds designed with little details in cartoons, new Mickey Mouse theme wallpaper, pirate theme room. The bunk bedroom can also be called the children's paradise, they will be immersed in the pirate film world. The second master bedroom is a Queen room, the head of the bed has a large window and natural light covers the whole room. Soft pastel blue and metal wall art mixed with the light of 2 yellow lamps, the space is the right place for you to enjoy after a long day of activities.

KITCHEN & DINING:

Next to the living room area is the dining area with a modern style dining table set and chandelier that is adjacent to the open plan kitchen area. Imagine the scene where the children sit and watch TV while the chef cooks in the kitchen, or the family is gathering in the dining area to enjoy their own cooked food, all in the same space and everyone is enjoying conversations and laughing. The full kitchen is equipped with luxury stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, basic cooking utensils, beautiful modern appliances such as: stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, hob, dishwasher, waffle maker, dining island/breakfast bar. There is also a dining area next to the outdoor pool where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee/tea or dinner while watching the sky lit up bright red orange from the sunset.

GAME ROOM:

No need to go far, you can make it a staycation and still enjoy the entertainment activities right at home. There is a game room with games like table tennis, foosball table, Pac-man, Motal Kombat, darts board, the ideal place for the children to play together while you are enjoying the pool.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

Solana Resort is ideally suited for all the Central Florida attractions. It is only 15 minutes from Disney and close to all the other theme Parks - Universal, Seaworld, Wet 'n Wild. The Space Coast and Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex along with the fabulous beaches of the Gulf coast are just over an hour.

Situated just off one of the areas most convenient roads (Hwy 27, between the 192 and I-4) getting to anywhere in the Central Florida area is a breeze. It also means that you are close to some the areas best Golf Courses if you are intending a golf vacation.

We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $120 for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

Extra charge if you'd like to use:
- BBQ grill: cleaning fee: $30 (electric BBQ).

- Heated pool: $40/day for the full length of stay, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum or your length of stay if staying less than 4 nights). All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. Pool heat is an OPTIONAL amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation. The pool heat is not refundable.

***Pool Heat Special Terms & Conditions***

• When pool heat is requested, the heater is turned on the 24 hrs before check-in. It can take several hours before the pool reaches the desired temperature.

• Pool heaters operate on a timer that is set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening

• The pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for running the heat pump and the electricity use that goes with it for 8-10 hours a day. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day due to ambient weather conditions during the day and night.

• The average final water temperature will be between 78°F to 86°F. Note: The pool heaters will not heat the pool to 'bath' temperature or like a spa. The heater will be in operation for up to 12 hours each day (at the same time as the pool pump is running); they do not operate 24 hours per day. For this reason, the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat.

• Pool heat pumps thrive on heat from the atmosphere. Because of this, during operation at lower temperatures, a pool heat pump may not be able to heat the pool quite as high as preferred.

• Only our pool personnel are authorized to change the pool heater settings. If the guest changes any settings, this will result in extra charges

• Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. We will do everything we can to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Compensation will be limited to the amount paid for pool heat during the days that the pool heater has not been running only.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you have booked, we will send you a link to finish the booking and sign the rental agreement. The door code will be sent to you a day before you arrive.

There is a Ring Camera at the front facing the entryway. This camera allows us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door. Please do not cover the Ring Camera. We must cancel your stay if you cover Ring Camera, and we won't refund it.
