The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms.



The downstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, creating a peaceful retreat after a day at the parks.

The Retreat at Legacy Park is a quiet, gated vacation home community in Davenport, designed specifically for families visiting Central Florida.



Located just off Highway 27 and minutes from Highway 192, the neighborhood offers a peaceful setting while keeping you close to Orlando's world-famous attractions.



Berry Town Center is less than five minutes away, offering grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants.

Other Things to Note:

Your comfort and safety are our priority. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay by a dedicated housekeeping team following high cleaning standards.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.

Pool heating is available for $35 per day.



Please request pool heating at least one week before arrival so we can coordinate setup.

Pool temperatures may vary during unusually cold or rainy weather.

The pool is professionally serviced every week.

After heavy rain, natural debris may temporarily enter the pool.

Check-Out



Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



Our housekeeping team begins preparing the home immediately after departure for incoming guests.



Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges of up to $300.
