Highly recommend

The only way to describe this property would be AMAZING!!!! We had a total of 9 guests in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone... From the pool at the house to the waterpark at the clubhouse it was all perfect. Communication with the host was on point.. We are looking at rebooking for next year

Enjoyable vacation

This property is cute and fits at least 2 small families. (8 people) it accommodated all of us. Very clean. Just wished the pool was a little cleaner when we got there. The water was a little murky and didn't look crystal clear like in the advertised picture.

Great home

Loved the property! The pool alarm can be a little annoying but glad it’s there. And the bunk beds need to be fixed but we just had our girls stay on the bottom bunk and it was fine. That does need to be addressed though. Overall would def stay again.

When we arrived the refrigerator wasn’t turned on so the groceries we had delivered were put into a room temp refrigerator that didn’t get cold until 24 hours later. The ice maker also never worked so we had to buy ice. The home had no scissors in the kitchen, which you never really think you need until you don’t have a pair. When we tried to open the blinds to the back patio 4 of them fell straight the floor. The house temperature is all over the place, the upstairs is freezing and the downstairs was so hot which was miserable to sleep at night. The bunk beds in the one bedroom are an extreme safety hazard and we’re shaking even from the weight of my 2 year old. I’m pretty sure they weren’t put together right or the screws need to be tightened. The hot tub attached to the pool is not heated and if you do want heat expect to pay $317 for the week extra. The shuttle to Disney is a pain and only offers odd times to/from the park and must be requested in advance so you have a ticket. It is also extremely difficult to get ahold of Jeeves representative and they were very snooty on the phone. We will not be returning and I do not recommend this rental.

Looks are deceiving

Overall the place was very nice but the photos make it look WAY better than it was. It is a marketing tool and should have know better but for the amount of money paid I was hoping for damn near perfect.

Beautiful home, perfect location, wish it had been a little cleaner.

My family snd I stayed here with our two kiddos. They absolutely LOVED the decor and game room! We wish it had been cleaned upon arrival, as the kitchen and master bathroom were still pretty dirty. Spent the first two hours of our trip cleaning, which was fine, but wish the service had taken care of it before arrival. The community is beautiful and we really enjoyed the community pool as well as the pool at the house. The pool alarm drive us a bit nuts, but overall we had a very fun stay!

Beautiful Home

My husband, two children and I stayed at this home last week and had an exceptional time. We have stayed at other competitor resorts in the area and this is our favorite so far. The home was tastefully decorated, the pool was perfect, the beds were very comfortable and the customer service from the Jeeves team was outstanding. We did have the pool heated on day two so we could use the spa at night and with a simple text to the customer service team they could adjust the temperature. The kids loved the waterpark, the onsite staff was friendly. I highly recommend this property and booking with Jeeves will be our go to in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

There was no WiFi the entire stay, the sheets did not look washed, as I found an old bathing suit tag that did not belong to us underneath a pillow. The house is not baby proof, nor does it have any baby amenities, we had to make extra purchases. The location is perfect, and we had an overall great time at the property.

Beautiful House

This house is new within the past year. It’s beautiful, clean and well decorated with thoughtful lighting added to enhance the design. The management company was very responsive in quickly answering any of our questions. Disney Parks are close proximity and easily accessible using ride-share or a shuttle they recommend. Jeeves helped make our stay magical by recommending a princess entertainment company who we hired to have a private meet-and-greet at the house with Anna and Elsa from Frozen. The Encore resort water park was a huge hit with the kids. We will definitely be back to this resort and pick another house managed by Jeeves.
