Step outside onto your private patio, a personal oasis complete with a bubbling hot tub, a summer kitchen with a grill, and a dining table for enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Five comfortable ensuite bedrooms ensure privacy and comfort for everyone in your group:
* **First Floor Master Suite:** A luxurious retreat with a King bed, TV, and a large bathroom featuring a separate bathtub, shower, and double sink.
* **Second Floor Suites:** Two elegant suites, one with a King bed and the other one with Queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom.
* **Themed Rooms:** Delight the kids with two fun-filled suites! One features two Twin Bunk beds, and the other has two Twin beds with a fun Minions theme, both with their own TVs and bathrooms.

For your convenience, the home also includes a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, central AC, free WiFi, linens, towels, and hairdryers.

### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note the following:
* **Check-in:** 4:00 PM
* **Check-out:** 10:00 AM
* **Minimum Age:** At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

* **Private Hot Tub:** Your private hot tub is available for use throughout your stay.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be rented for a fee of $65 + tax per stay. This includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your check-in date.
* **Family Amenities:** A Pack 'n Play is available upon request. High chairs can be rented through our concierge services.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to assist with park tickets, grocery shopping, and other arrangements to make your stay seamless.
