This is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-One paper towel roll
-Two trash bags
-Dish sponge and dish detergent
-Dishwasher pods
-Laundry pod
-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)

No food, condiments, or seasonings are provided for hygiene and contamination prevention purposes.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

📦 Online Deliveries

-USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
-Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge package handling fees or decline deliveries entirely

🏊 Pool Heater Information

Please read carefully before requesting pool heat:

-Cost: $35 per day
-Minimum requirement: 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature does not exceed 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated together with the pool and both will have the same temperature
-Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not function efficiently during cold weather conditions

If the heater does not reach the desired temperature during cold weather, refunds will not be provided.

The pool heater system includes an automatic safety mechanism that may temporarily shut off the system during extreme cold conditions to prevent overheating and equipment damage.

🚗 Parking Rules

Please follow Solterra Resort parking regulations carefully:

-Park in the driveway first whenever possible
-Vehicles may park on designated street spaces only within marked white lines
-Do not park on grass, sidewalks, or block emergency access
-Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are restricted and may be towed if improperly parked
-Only street-legal and registered golf carts are permitted

Violations may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
