The Space:

Tucked inside the gated FantasyWorld Resort community in Kissimmee, this two-story townhome puts you right in the middle of one of Florida's most sought-after vacation corridors - Walt Disney World is just 4 miles away, and Orlando's full lineup of theme parks is within easy reach. Whether you're planning packed park days or slow mornings on the patio, the setup here makes both feel equally effortless.

 

Living space

The main level opens into a bright kitchen and dining area, giving the group a natural place to gather before and after outings. The living room is comfortable and easy, with a flat-screen TV and direct access to a screened-in patio where you can catch the evening breeze without the bugs. A full bathroom on this level adds convenience, especially for groups moving in and out at different times.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds - a solid layout for families or groups of up to 6. A second full bathroom sits just off the upper level, keeping morning routines running smoothly.

 

Kitchen & dining
