MONTHLY RENTAL

At Regal Palms you can choose to enjoy the amazing resort facilities including a water park, the Cenote day spa, Frankie Farrell's restaurant & bar, gym & sporting facilities. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $22.40 per day resort fee which is payable on arrival. The resort fee covers up to 8 guest on your reservation & is NOT per person. MANDATORY RESORT fee is paid separately to this reservation

Resort Fees are commonplace throughout the lodging and vacation rental industry. Here at Regal Palms the Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $20.00 plus tax ($22.40 inclusive) applies to all bookings. Fee includes the following: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local and Domestic Long Distance Phone Calls (including Puerto Rico and Canada), Use of Indoor Playground at Banana Jack's, Internet Access in Business Center, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse area, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion, Regularly Scheduled Activities, Sand Volleyball Court.

Also, there is a pool, lazy river and water slide. We have in the fitness center a hot tub, sauna and steam room. There is also a kids play area with a slide out by the pool. There is also pool side movies on some nights.

2 cars allowed in the driveway in front on the home. No parking on the street, your car can be towed. Parking in non reserved space, any you see available.
Restrictions: Commercial, buses, trailers, RV's, recreational vehicles, self propelled motor homes & boats are not allowed to be parked on the resort. Please note that at check-in, the resort will place a $100 incidental deposit hold on the guest’s credit card. This deposit covers the towels and wristbands provided during the stay.

The deposit will be released once the towels and wristbands are returned to the Welcome Center at check-out.
