The Space:

Step into our meticulously designed 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome, where comfort and charm intertwine seamlessly. Your family's contentment is our top priority in this welcoming retreat. The spacious living room effortlessly connects with the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, forming a central hub for relaxation and culinary delights.

Outside, your private heated pool on the patio invites you to unwind, offering moments of serene leisure. On the first floor, you'll find a queen bedroom and a Mickey themed bedroom with a double and a single bed, both sharing a bathroom. Upstairs, the master king bed suite, another king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and the fifth bedroom featuring a double and a single bed, each come with their own bathroom.

For added convenience, a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer awaits your use. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and take advantage of free parking during your stay. To ensure a smooth beginning to your vacation, we provide a thoughtful welcome kit containing essential bathroom and kitchen amenities.

Needs some work

This home needs a deep cleaning had to wash inside of kitchen cupboard and dishes because they were dirty and greasy. Vents throughout the home were caked with dust. Downstairs bathroom shower was nasty. Furniture needs upgrades leather is peeling on bedroom furniture and the sofa in living room was on the floor and wasn’t what is pictured online. Outdoor furniture is peeling and rusting and has chairs missing. In present conditional wouldn’t rent this home again.Communication with rental company was good. We loved the location and the layout of the home.

Lovely home

The house was very clean and well maintained, but the furniture was too small and low that I couldn’t sit on it. The size of the house was perfect and we had everything we needed there. I would love to stay there again if they get a new living room set.

Very, Very Upsetting for the price

Pictures do not do Justice I’m assuming old pictures, I did not want to leave a bad review but since I’ve been ignored and charged for something (I will get to explaining) A/c did not work the 2 nights or day I was there, I advised them since I got there and they said it would be fixed when it never did. One of the rooms upstairs is the hottest one and being in there in hot weather is not a BIG NO a big puddle in hallway floor from leak that I told them about and had to jump over as it’s in the way going to the stairway. When I was halfway home I noticed my keys were missing I asked if by any chance I had dropped them in the home and was told yes and they would send me my keys since it was impossible for me to go back and pick them up… never got a tracking number and it is now 1 week since I was told they would be sent but were quick to charge me $55 for the “service” have been ignored as when I keep asking for a tracking number. Even if they “clean/fix” the leak there will be mold under that section of the carpet. ALL Your furniture needs update since it is very scratched, chipped, very used specially barstools and couch! Don’t hog over the $$$ because your service is just down the drain. To everyone thinking about choosing this house : JUST DONT just how they expect payment we as the renters expect great service too not just a roof and furniture

Not as Expected - Cleanliness

On-Line shows white leather (non-cloth) sofa- This was one of main reasons we booked this property and sofa was cloth. • Sofa and pillows were dirty - food bits, hairs, stains. This is the main place in the property we were planning to hang out. • Chairs in living area and bar stools had bits and crumbs on them. • Stain on floor by bar stools that was cleanable. • Band-Aid stuck on master bath shower wall. • Lights in master bath burnt out (1) and different hues of light. Not typical. • Adjusted thermostat one time from 72° to 71° and from then on it seemed to be controlled by someone else - we couldn't adjust it. It was 76° the move out day. • Stains (obvious) on secondary bedroom lamp shade and bed. • Stained pillows. • Stains on master bedroom door. Just not typical things that should have been observed for the price. Price was great for space over-all and amount of rooms, but cleanless and liights and stains was a big turn-off. I did email and property manager offered to come look (I sent pictutes) but did not want anyone in after we got settled. Seemed the cleaning process was very rushed and not done adequately for main areas of property.
