The Space:

Steps away from your front door, you’ll find a picturesque lakeside heated pool, bubbling hot tub and relaxing sauna. A games lawn overlooking the lake offers a shuffleboard court, cornhole boards, and picnic area with grill.



Just across the pond, so to speak, and minutes from the home you’ll find Old Lake Davenport, a natural freshwater lake for boating, fishing, and paddle sports. The Northeast Regional Park has a public boat launch site, as well as a variety of excursion rentals. This 83-acre park also has tennis courts, handball courts, basketball, soccer, and football fields, as well as paved walking trails and a large playground.



Boasting a sprawling 1,600 square feet of comfort and style, the home’s interior offers plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out in and find your own cozy corner. High ceilings sit atop plush sofa seating in the living room, the perfect spot for gathering with loved ones to surf the channels or queue up a new movie. Enjoy preparing meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, inclusive of all major appliances along with cookware, utensils and glassware. Dining comes easy whether you’re surrounded in good company at the table for 6 or seated up at the counter on high-top stools for 3. Two screened balconies offer the option for al fresco dining or quiet moments spent sipping a fresh cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a brand new queen-size bed with controls to raise and lower the head of the bed only, a TV, a dedicated workspace, patio access, and a shared ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a brand new king-size bed with controls to raise and lower the head of the bed only, a TV, a dedicated workspace, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• There is security throughout the resort and at the gate from 7p-7a.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in at the front desk

• Kindly be aware that the maximum rental period for this home is 3 weeks.

• GYM, front desk, store, pool hours are 7am - 11pm.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Please note: Caribe Cove community does not allow pets of any kind at this property.



HOUSE RULES:

• No Dogs/Pets allowed for Guests. (Please contact Caribe Cove for details on Service animals.) No trailers, RV’s, golf carts, and the like.

• No commercial vehicles of any kind.

• Quiet hours are from 10P-7A. (Guests will be asked to vacate if causing a nuisance)

• No smoking in public areas including the pool. No glass in pool area.

• Condo will be used only for Residential purposes.

• No illegal drugs, Marijuana, etc. (Local authorities are notified of any use of illegal drug use).

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
