• Salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil
• 1 washcloth per guest (available upon request)
For your comfort, we recommend visiting a nearby supermarket to restock for longer stays.
📜 House Rules & Property Guidelines
🚗 Parking: Parking only in the parking spot in designed areas. Do not park on the street under and sidewalk any circumstances — the HOA strictly enforces this rule, and vehicles will be towed without warning.
To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these important house rules:
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $2,500 fine will be imposed for violations, along with any costs related to cleaning, odor removal, or damage repair.
🏊 Pool Etiquette
Please help us maintain a clean and safe pool environment. Throwing trash, foreign objects, or inappropriate items into the pool is prohibited. A $150 fine will apply, plus any necessary cleaning or repair charges.
🗑️ Waste & Recycling
Trash must be properly sorted and disposed of in the designated bins for general waste and recycling. Non-compliance will result in a $100 cleaning fee to cover the additional labor required.
🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized events are not allowed. Violations will result in a $150 fine and may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
🐾 Pet Hygiene
If you`re bringing a pet, please ensure it is house-trained and that cleanliness is maintained. Pet waste or accidents inside the home will incur a $150 fine, along with any additional cleaning or repair costs.
🧳Late Check-out Fee
Check-out time is at 10:00AM. Any check-out performed after this time without prior authorization will incur a $150 late check-out fee, in addition to any costs related to delays in cleaning or preparing the property for the next guest.
