This villa is in a good location, close to local amenities. Travel to Disney takes approximately 20-30 minutes. The villa was clean and check in was smooth. There were a couple of issues on arrival, the pantry door was hanging off and the pool screen door was wide open and the spring closing mechanism was broken so the door was impossible to close. I emailed the management company and they replied almost immediately saying that they were aware of the issues and they would be fixed the following day and they were. The villa is as it looks in the photos, except both beds in the 2 double rooms are now tubular metal, not the wooden beds pictured. I am fussy and dislike the look of metal beds and normally would not book a villa with them, but they were actually very comfortable, it’s purely down to the cheaper look of them. The rest of the villa was fine and a big plus is the air conditioned garage, so you can use the facilities in there during the summer months. The laundry room has a large washer and dryer. The pool area looks a bit tired, bits of tree debris hanging through the roof of the pool netting, a small hole in the netting which someone has “filled” with a pine cone and a split along one panel of the enclosure which flaps open and closed with the breeze. The pool water was clean and sparkling, but there are patches of debris which gather on the bottom when the pool is empty, They disperse when you are in the pool and gather again when it’s left. The sides of the pool are also a bit green, I rubbed some of it off with my foot, so I’m sure it could be removed easily with a good clean.
We did enjoy our stay at this villa and the positives definitely outweigh the negatives, as these were only minor issues, but could be rectified easily.
