This family-friendly home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautifully decorated bedrooms and themed spaces were so thoughtfully done and made the whole house feel extra special. The layout was perfect with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The directions all around the house were very helpfulThe pool and pool deck were incredible and much larger than we expected! The spa was just as impressive. We especially loved the covered grilling area with the large grill. The backyard was a hit with the kids thanks to the playground, cornhole game and ping pong table. The karaoke machine and game room added even more entertainment.It's in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! Disney World was just minutes away, all of the major theme parks were nearby. Shopping and grocery stores were super convenient along with tons of dining options within 5–10 minutes.The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked — plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, trash liners. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need: pots and pans, small appliances, dishes, spices, foil, plastic wrap, storage bags - you name it. It truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with our host was wonderful — she responded quickly and was so thoughtful throughout our stay. We’ve rented many homes over the years, and we have never had such an amazing host. She truly treated us like family and made sure our experience was absolutely perfect!

Our host was a great communicator, answering questions and giving the info we needed. The house is large with plenty of bedrooms and baths for a big group. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans . The game room is large and again well stocked. The pool is as advertised (giant) with large area for enjoying the outdoors and plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend this property!

The host was super attentive and the place was awesome! It was the first time I’ve had my whole family under one roof in many years and it was amazing! There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room and there wasn’t anything the house didn’t have! I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for my family there. The care that is thought I’d id for everyone here is truly remarkable! I will definitely return.

My family immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. The pre-arrival communication from Kim was excellent. She reached out well before our arrival date with various details that greatly helped us plan our stay. Any questions I had, Kim was quick to answer. After our arrival, my children were amazed to see all the room designs. I found that the house matched the pictures posted on the listing except that the house looked even better in person. There were a ton of family activities/games available which occupied our time while in the house. The swimming pool was clean, and the large size of it was impressive. We didn’t encounter any problems or issues during our stay and would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit the area.

My family has been renting vacation homes in the Southeast U.S. for over 25 years, and I can confidently say this home tops the list. It truly has everything you could want in a vacation rental.The owner provides detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for every aspect of the home, which made our stay seamless. The house is generously stocked with all the essentials exactly as described in the listing, and the photos are 100% accurate. The pool is absolutely incredible—when they say “giant pool,” they mean it.Although the property allows pets (we brought our dog), you’d never know it. There was no odor, no hair, and everything was spotless. If you’re someone who doesn’t travel with animals, don’t let the pet-friendly policy deter you—this home is exceptionally clean.The location is excellent. We chose not to visit the parks this trip, but the property is close to everything Orlando has to offer. Everyday conveniences like Walmart, Publix, and plenty of restaurants are just minutes away.What sets this home apart is the owner’s attention to detail. Kim is responsive, kind, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have the best possible experience. This is hands down the best home we’ve rented in our 25 years of family vacations.When we return to the Orlando area, this will be the first property we check for availability.Thank you again, Kim, for everything!

Amazing Family Time

The pool area and pool itself was incredible. House was clean and comfortable with Disney themes that get you in the mood for the Parks. This host thought of everything for our comfort. I have booked many homes for family vacations but this was beyond expectations. We had a wonderful time.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family — incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly family-friendly. The location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Disney, close to major attractions, Walmart Supercenter, Target, grocery stores, shopping, and a wide variety of restaurants.Being so close to Disney made it easy for us to return during the hottest part of the day to relax by the fantastic pool, then head back to the parks in the evening. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing retreat after busy days out.The home was exactly as advertised — roomy, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our whole family looked forward to returning each day to enjoy the incredible pool area. The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts — it offered complete privacy and was packed with great features like a covered grilling area with seating, an outdoor ping pong table, corn hole, a children’s playground, and more.There were plenty of towels for our large group, and the backyard pool and spa were impressively large with ample seating for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — pots, pans, utensils — and all appliances were in excellent working order.Communication with the property owner, Kim, was outstanding. She was very responsive and provided a detailed guide before our arrival with all the essential information about the home.We had an unforgettable time here — the home was beautiful & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Large Family Trip

We had a wonderful experience at this rental. Everything was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos online, which was a great first impression. The kitchen was well-equipped with just about everything we needed, making meal prep easy even for our large group.The house easily accommodated all 14 of us, and everyone had plenty of space to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the game room — the kids absolutely loved it and it kept them entertained for hours! The pool was another big hit, especially during our downtime at the house.Overall, it was a perfect setup for a large group or family gathering. We would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend it to others looking for a clean, spacious, and family-friendly rental.

The property was amazing! Everything you needed was available. So many nice touches. Property was very clean, the big pool was perfect, kids play area was loved by our toddler! Pool towels, pool toys, movies galore, game room had so much to do! Kim was very responsive and accommodating. I can’t say enough about this property. We will definitely be back!

You'll love this house!

A perfect house for a large family or group stay, plenty of bedroom, each with a fun theme. Plenty of bathrooms and showers as well. Large pool with attached hot tub was great fun for adults and kids. Would love to stay here again next time we're in the area.

Perfect….perfect…perfect!

Our family has been going to Kissimmee for over 25 years and this is, by far, the best time we’ve ever had and the main reason for that was this lovely home. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s even more spacious than it seems in the pictures and the pool IS giant…definitely one of the biggest pools in the area! The whole outside area is like a mini resort. If you come to this house, you won’t need any swimming gear, floats, life vests, towels, etc…This house has it all! Kim has even stocked the house with all the necessary household items that you will need during your stay (trash bags, laundry and kitchen supplies). Also, a free grill with extra Propane tanks just in case. When I say, she has thought of everything, I truly mean it! Don’t even hesitate if you are thinking about booking this property, just do it! Thank you Kim for excellent communication and sharing your wonderful home with my friends and family. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for large group!

Well equipped with lots of entertainment for kids

Everything thought of to entertain the kids.Lots of equipment in kitchen and plenty of towels which was great. Although attention to detail of cleaning could be better when it comes to dusting especially in bedrooms.Family member also found live Cockroach in cutlery draw which was very off putting and mouse droppings in games room but it is a converted garage so hard to complete seal I suppose.Overall a good stay.

Amazing property! You won’t regret it!

This home uses space wisely. They’ve thought of everything. For me, the themed rooms and large pool were incredible, but the little details truly made this enjoyable. Kim had quick and clear communication, where we knew exactly what to expect, including a clear list of what is there. Details I appreciated: large kitchen trash, plenty of extra charging ports/plugs, hangers in closets, extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen with pantry for out purchased food, thought about all ages (we didn’t have young babies/toddlers, but there were cribs/pack n play, life vests, play area, etc), great AC, comfy furniture, self-dispensing washer (no need to purchase laundry supplies), things well marked, easy access to outside trash and recycling, private pool has brick fence enclosure for maximum privacy. If you’re on the fence about this one, do it. We relaxed and the pool area was amazing after a long day at the parks. The close proximity to the parks and quick access to Walmart for supplies and gas was FANTASTIC. I can’t overstate enough how wonderful and timely Kim was with her communication as host. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for the week.

Great house!

Family of five stayed 1 week in late March 2025. Communication prior to check in was excellent, the house was as advertised. Great pool/hot tub combo. Plenty of space to soak up the sun. Grill and other amenities were all in working order. the house had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Over all excellent place. We reserved next year ahead of time.

Was very clean upon arrival. Appreciated all the notes on how to use appliances. Washer and two dryers were great. Kitchen extremely well equipped. We opted for the heated pool and it worked wonderfully. Generous stock of towels. Meticulously thought out and cared for vacation home.

Great Place to Stay and Fantastic Host

The location of this house is great for proximity to Disney. Check in was easy, the home was the cleanest we've ever rented and Kim the host is super nice and responsive. It was also the best appointed house with everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Pool is very nice. Instruction are posted in areas of the house where you might have questions. We had an awesome stay, this home deserves its great reviews!

Medrano Disney trip 2025

We want to thank you for the Vrbo. The location was perfect and close to Disney, stores, and restaurants. The coco beach trip was about a hour away and created great memories, that was a blast. As a family we enjoyed everyday all week long. . The home was perfect for my big family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub for one whole day. The game room was nice to end the night. We cooked out on the grill to save some money on food which was very nice and delicious . . We had plenty of room for 9 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the theme rooms and all the restrooms.
