The home is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome too! For added convenience, one of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor—ideal for guests with mobility considerations or those who prefer to avoid stairs.

As you step into our contemporary abode, each room tells a story of its own with unique themes guaranteed to enchant both the young and young at heart. Two of our bedrooms are magically transformed with Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse themes, making every bedtime an adventure all by themselves.

A laundry unit is also available for your convenience to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process before each check-in. Clean linen and towels will be available according to house capacity. Cleaning services during the stay can be requested for a fee.

POOL HEAT
Pool Heat is an optional service for a fee.
The cost is U$ 35 per day with a minimum of 3 days’ service. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and the temperature will not exceed 95F.
The pool heater works with heat exchange and will not work if the weather is very cold. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If the pump overheats the system will automatically shut down until the pump can regain its functionality.

PETS WELCOME
We’re happy to host your furry companions—both big and small! A nonrefundable pet fee of $75 per stay applies to help cover additional cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a comfortable experience for all our guests.

PACKAGES & ONLINE PURCHASES
Post Office (USPS) does not recognize vacation homes as residential addresses and if the online seller uses USPS for the deliveries, that package will be returned to the sender.
FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon deliver to the house address.
Please note that we are not responsible for any deliveries or unexpected issues with online orders.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoke evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
