➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

This area offers unbeatable convenience with world-famous attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios just a short drive away. You’re also close to the Kia Center for concerts and events.



Enjoy a peaceful, family-friendly environment with tree-lined streets, parks, and green spaces perfect for relaxation. Essential services like grocery stores and pharmacies are nearby for your convenience.



Dining and shopping options abound, with a variety of restaurants and boutiques to explore. This neighborhood perfectly balances excitement and tranquility for a memorable stay.



Getting Around:

Car: Easily navigate the area with convenient access to major highways. Parking is typically available at attractions and shopping centers.



Public Transit: Buses and local transit services provide options for getting around the city and to nearby attractions.



Ride-Sharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick and convenient travel without the hassle of parking.

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
