The Space:

Welcome to your dream vacation retreat! This 10-bedroom, 8-bathroom home in Windsor Cay Resort comfortably hosts up to 20 guests, offering a perfect blend of style, entertainment, and convenience. The first floor boasts a spacious open-plan living room, modern kitchen, and dining area, ideal for family gatherings. Step outside to a private heatable pool with a large patio featuring a dining table, lounge chairs, and plenty of relaxation space. Enjoy endless fun in the Avatar-themed game room, along with two king suites, including a luxurious master bedroom with an ensuite.

Our extended family was in the area to attend a wedding. We had 14 adults and two children. The house was spacious and the layout was fantastic to accommodate our large party of 16. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the configuration was perfect!The community center was such a fantastic added bonus for our family. We had a fantastic day at the water park!Communication with our host was great! She was always responsive and helpful.The things that could be improved:*The home address was confusing and difficult to find because it is actually on a different street than the street name provided. *There was only a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to purchase more toilet paper for our crew. Only 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen as well. *They only provide one trash bag which was not sufficient for our large party over 4 days. We had to purchase more trash bags. *We were unable to get the play station and arcade games to work.Other than those few issues, our stay was great and I would recommend staying in this home and in this community!

This house is beautiful and the space was great. The host are great at getting back to u swiftly as well. Now I would suggest that they hire new people to do their cleaning, because the house was not cleaned, it was crumbs all over the floor where the kitchen table was, a couple of the beds were made, but when we pulled the covers back, it had pieces of food crumbs in the beds, used cups and things under the beds. Too much to continue to contact the host about. We weee so tired from the drive, that after we kept seeing stuff, we just cleaned up ourselves. As I said the host are great and was very accommodating. One more thing o would suggest, is that when they have the guys to clean the pool, they should be sure that they leave a note or a sign stating that they just cleaned the pool because we were told that we couldn’t use it for two hours after cleaning. If we wasn’t there to see him clean it we would’ve never known and would’ve gotten in the pool immediately because we love the water so my whole entire family was always in the pool in and out and that’s not safe because the chlorine was pretty strong but because we were there we was able to ask him what’s the soonest we could be back using it. That would’ve been so unsafe and bad if we wasn’t there to know that they had cleaned it and got directly in that pool at that time so that is something that they need to also build a system with trying to make sure when it’s been cleaned leave a note stating what time.

Just like the pictures

This home was exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious. We heated the pool & spa and they were wonderful! The game room was a hit with my husband, college aged son & niece! I was a little concerned about how close this was to the neighboring homes & privacy. Overall it wasn’t an issue. Once the landscaping grows, it will be even better.Maria was great with her communication & very responsive when I reached out. All of the amenities & what would be provided was outlined in the description, so there were few surprises. I appreciated having separate pool towels. My main suggestion would be to allot more than one towel per person. Since our entire group couldn’t all make the trip, we were able to “borrow” from another room. If that weren’t the case, one bath towel for nine nights might have been a stretch (even with the washer). There were a few cosmetic imperfections that I mentioned to Maria, but they had no impact on the quality of our stay.Overall I was pleased with the home, location & host. Thank you Maria!
