Located right next to Universal Studios, with easy access to Downtown Orlando, this charming getaway packs a whole lot of punch. Directly to the right, you will find a flawless kitchenette, featuring wood honey cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, as well as a knife block, and toaster. Looking to whip up something special? You’ll be thrilled to find that this area is conveniently separated from the family room and dining area, offering a private space to meal prep.
The family room and dining area provide a lovely open concept layout, making it easy to host a large gathering or rally the troupes for the day ahead. The furnishings deliver a traditional vacation home vibe, with a cozy couch, love seat, and coffee table nestled in front of the wooden entertainment center, showcasing large flat-screen TV. The dining table, set for five, is only steps away, allowing you to create your own little movie bistro!


The master bedroom is designed for ultimate relaxation. Inside you will find a beautiful ornate king size bed, two matching nightstands, a large dresser, mirror, flat-screen TV, a private en suite, and several finishing touches that will make you glad you got away! The condo is as shown in pictures. Very spacious. Very nice. Great location. 12 uber ride to Universal Studios. 25 uber to airport. Very short walk to grocery store, Chipotle, liquor store, sushi, and more. Did not use the pool so i cant say anything about it. Check in Check out super simple. Washer Dryer Dishwasher all have 2 soap pods included. Quiet community. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Accommodations Close to the Convention Center

Super easy check in process with constant communication right up to our arrival. Condo was clean and my boys enjoyed the Oreos Dennis left us. Super convenient to get to the convention center and with a grocery store right across the parking lot and a full kitchen it made for a stress free stay. My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a big enough pot to make pasta or a big family style meal. Will book again next year if it’s available!

Wonderful

We loved staying in this condo in our visit to Orlando. The condo was spacious, clean, very comfortable and it had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. It was right across the wonderful pools and hot tub that made our stay so fun. Location was excellent, it was really close to Epic Universe, and there was a grocery store we could even walk to. We highly reccomend this condo and resort and we will be staying there again!

Wonderful location

My family stayed in this condo for a trip to Disney (about 15-20 min away). We enjoyed the amenities (very nice pool), appreciated that it was walkable to a grocery store and restaurants and found the condo to have everything we need. Very responsive when I contacted them about a maintenance issue at the property (assessed problem within a few hours). Overall would stay in this property again

Great Location

Beautiful property at very convenient location to parks and all grocery stores. It worked perfect for our family for our Disney/Universal vacation. It was great to come back to after long, hot days at the park.

Super impressed with this property! Walking distance to OCCC and right next door to Publix and several restaurants. We enjoyed both pools and appreciated the pool towels provided. Condo was well stocked with kitchen necessities and a nice welcome pack with soaps and detergent. Very clean. We’ll be back again next summer!

Our condo was dirty

The condo was dirty when we checked into 4114 Breakview dr #109. The floors, walls, carpet, dinner table was all dirty, didn’t look like it was every cleaned… the coffee table in the living room still had sugar on it… in one of the bedrooms, the sheets looked like that hadn’t been changed.. called the company 4 times for them to say no one can come clean that night… asked for another condo and was told nothing was available, they did have someone come clean the next day but just swept the porch cause that hadn’t been cleaned either.. as had made them aware the light switches were broke in 2 of the room and nothing was done about it… honestly felt they didn’t care and didn’t do what they could to make us happy.. sad to say but will NOT stay with this company!!!!!

Property just as described

This property was very clean, good for families and good location. Only negative was the A/C must be pre-programmed b/c we would turn it down to 72 and within a few hours it would be back to 77-78. Overall a good property.
