The One Where the Pros Outweighed the Cons!”My family and I take annual trips to Florida to explore the Disney and Universal parks, and this home was a lovely part of our experience!Pros:Upon arrival, the house was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. There were even a few pleasant surprises not shown online(like the beautiful Disney World mural along the staircase). The host was very friendly, professional, and responded quickly to every question and concern we had.Cons:The internet connection was a bit unreliable, cutting in and out several times during our stay. When we first arrived, it wasn’t working at all, but the host immediately guided us through resetting the modem, which helped.The only other issue was with the dishwasher; it wasn’t working and had a strong, unpleasant odor (almost like rotten eggs) that filled the downstairs area. The host did send someone out to check on it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved before we checked out. Hopefully, that will be fixed for future guests.Overall:These were mediocre inconveniences compared to the overall stay. The home itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Once the internet and dishwasher issues are addressed, I would definitely stay here again!
