9 Bedroom Themed Villa Sleeps 24 with Private Pool Spa and Arcade

Bring the whole group to Champions Legacy in ChampionsGate, a nine-bedroom themed villa sleeping up to 24 guests. Discover castle bunks, space pods and story-inspired bedrooms, then gather in the neon game room or unwind by your private screened pool and spa. A full kitchen, themed dining room, upstairs lounge and five bathrooms give your group room to settle in between Orlando outings. Pool heat, spa heat and grill rental are optional paid extras.

Every space brings a different story to your stay. Custom Frozen, Toy Story, Cars and Star Wars inspired bunks sit alongside Hogwarts, Epcot, Aladdin, Lion King and castle-inspired bedroom designs.

The Tron inspired game room brings everyone together with racing arcades, table tennis, foosball and shuffleboard. Upstairs, the colorful Coco inspired lounge offers another place to relax and watch television.

Share meals in the Beauty and the Beast inspired dining area or at the kitchen island. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The open living area leads to the screened patio, with a private pool, spillover spa, tiki-style bar, outdoor dining, loungers and a covered seating area with television.

The two-story home has five full bathrooms, an in-home washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. BEDROOMS
Rooms 1 to 5 each have one king bed: Hogwarts, Epcot, Aladdin, Lion King and the castle room. Rooms 6 to 9 feature Frozen, Star Wars, Cars and Toy Story inspired bunk designs, with two bunk beds in each room. Maximum occupancy is 24 guests. See the photos for each themed space. Upper bunks are reached by ladders; please consider your group`s ages and mobility when choosing rooms.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private use of the home, game room, screened pool and spa, and patio. ChampionsGate resort amenities are shared with other resort guests and operate under community rules, schedules and availability.

Complete the guest and vehicle registration requested in your arrival instructions before travel. Use the home`s driveway and follow current community parking directions. Do not park on grass or block sidewalks, hydrants or neighboring driveways. Detailed gate and keypad instructions are provided before check-in.

LOCATION
Champions Legacy is in the ChampionsGate resort community in Central Florida, with access to Orlando area theme parks, golf, dining and shopping. The resort offers shared leisure facilities; current access instructions and operating information are provided for your stay.
A car is recommended for theme parks, grocery shopping and exploring the Orlando area. Travel times vary with traffic. Please review your arrival instructions for community entry and parking.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in begins at 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Early arrival and late departure require advance approval and depend on availability.

Optional extras, plus applicable tax: pool heat USD 40 per night; spa-only heat USD 25 per night; grill rental USD 60 per stay. Request extras before arrival so the team can confirm availability and arrangements. Pool heating is ordered for the stay; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. Outdoor conditions affect heating performance, and a particular water temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Approved early check-in is USD 100 for arrival from 9 AM to noon or USD 55 for arrival from noon to 3 PM, subject to availability.

No smoking or vaping, pets, parties or events. Only approved guests may use the property. Children must be supervised around the pool and on bunks. Authorized pool service may take place during your stay. The home is privately managed and is not affiliated with the entertainment brands depicted in its decor.
