Perfect space for your vacation!! This beautiful 4 bed/3.5 baths family home sleeps 8. Features include a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. This home also has large living area, and a theatre room! Located just 25 minutes to Disney World!

Conveniently located near Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Dollar Tree and Restaurants/Takeout etc.


**POOL HEAT is Available at an additional charge of $35 a Day**

The house was very spacious and it is located in a good location for travel to Disney Parks and Disney Springs. The pool was pretty dirty upon arrival (had a lot of dead bugs in it) and there was a large bus parked right in front of the house for the duration of the stay, which wasn’t the most pleasant view. The pool deck is also very dirty and could use a powerwash. Most hosts do not charge for early check-in if the house is ready, which wasn’t a great impression as this one did. Overall it was an OK stay and in the future I would look into other options.

The only thing I can say is I wish we could have stayed longer. House overall was great. The only thing it was missing was the grill outback but the host explained why it was removed, not a deal breaker. Hope to comeback again in the future.

Host is pretty non-responsive. Smoke detector in master bedroom was beeping from dead battery when we arrived. The host said they would take care of it then never responded again. We made a trip to the gas station to get a battery at 10pm at night. Host never responded again for the entirety of our 2 week stay. House is just okay. Floors made my feet dirty and carpet is in very bad shape. Beds are hard as a rock. There is no hot water in the shower of the kids bathroom.

Need a new cleaning service

I had to notify the contact person to get the code to enter than had to wait an hour to access the home due to the ckeaning person in the home. Once we had access to the home it was not cleaned properly. The wifi was not working in some areas. The games were connected or missing parts where the kids could not play on the console.

Amazing spring break!!

We had an amazing spring break however, the cleanliness could have been slightly better. It was still an amazing time. The pool was great. The house was great. The space was great. Everything was good. I would definitely book again check in was very easy. He was very communicated with that. Thank you very much, Phillip.!!

The internet would not work for the entire week we were there, which means the televisions do not work. The video games in the “game room” are without the proper battery packs and connection devices. Not a single wash cloth in the home for bathing or cleaning of any kind.

June vacation

The property was nice, however could use to be cleaned better. The kitchen trash can was so dirty we needed to clean it in order to use it. The property owner was very responsive and even made a trip by when we advised him the pool was on the green side. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the owner for his quick response to make sure the pool was treated promptly.

My stay

The home was nice, it was still items from previous people under the couch. Stains on the carpets, couldn’t read the stove settings as they were wiped away. Fridge had a smell when you opened it. Broken home decor, Beds were a little uncomfortable. Only two remotes worked batteries were dead in the others. Sliding door you had to hold it to latch the lock. Had to wait past 4 pm check in in order for us to go in. I had to call and ask for the code. Cleaning crew tidy up in just a short hour towels still needed dried. Had to turn the dryer back on 5 or more times in order for stuff to be dry. Other than that we had a great stay.

We had a very nice few days at the house. Only one issue where the smoke detector constantly went off in the game room. I'd go back to the house in the future.

House is beautiful. Lots of space. Theater room is very nice and has a Xbox/Wii in addition to lots of games. That is about all the positive I can say. Beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I slept in the primary room and the bed was one step above sleeping on the floor. I had to go to target and buy a mattress topper. House was not as clean and I would have preferred. Lots of missed hair in bathrooms. Towels were left in the dryer still wet. Bring your own supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Most Vrbo’s I have stayed in have at least toilet paper. There were 2 rolls in the house and they were both disgusting & looked like they had been dropped in dirty water. Do not waste your money on having the pool heated. It does not get warm at all! My kid should not have blue lips coming out of the pool if I am paying extra for a heated pool. I messaged the host and he said maintenance said it was on but it never once got warm. Do not expect any communication from the host until the exact moment of check in. I messaged him 2x before we arrived and did not get any response until 4pm on check in day. I had messaged him the week before asking to have the pool heat on when we arrived but he didn’t respond until the day after we arrived and still did not get it turned on until after noon the 2nd day. Not that it mattered because the pool was never warm. But I still had to pay for a full day. You will need a vehicle to stay at this house.

Good location. Great house and amenities. Home could use deep clean. Pillows need to be replaced. We didn’t get the code to the front door until I called, the night of checkin. It wasn’t perfect, but we did really enjoy our stay.

The home was very clean, and property manager was great. Always available when I had questions.

My grandsons, really enjoyed the pool, and theater/ game room. My grandsons however, was not happy that their bedspread, sheets and pillows cases, were pink and purple, girls Colors. They are 13 & 12. I had asked before arriving, about the colors on the bedspreads and sheets, for their room, and was told the colors would be natural. There wasn’t any other bedsheets or bedspreads in the closets. I, on the other hand wasn’t impressed with the master bedroom bed where I slept. It was too low, and wasn’t that comfortable. Everything else was great. Phillip was a great!!

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay! The pool was great and the theater room TV was huge! We had a great stay and there was a Publix super close when we needed anything. The only negative I would say is the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but were clean and in good shape.

Didn’t live up to reviews

Just an ok experience. The house itself is in need of many updates/upgrades. Sheets are stained, towels are old and ripped. Beach towels that are there are old and miss matched like collections of previous renters… very old. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and plastic pillows make it very hard to sleep on and noisy. Be aware the main bed is very low to the ground and hard as a rock. The pool area is nice, but the only day we were able to have family time at the pool, right in the middle of it, the pool cleaner came and added a bunch of chemicals at 2pm then said we couldn’t swim for 2 hours! A little communication goes a long way since we were leaving the next day at 10am, would have made a lot more sense to plan that accordingly. The tv/remote situation was a mess when we arrived. No batteries in the remotes(maintenance did come out the next day and replace) but still the tv situation did not allow for many options that worked. The theater room does have the speakers for surround sound,but they are not hooked up to anything so the true theater room experience is not there. The kitchen ,living area, dining area is super tiny. There is no room to put any of your supplies you would pick up at the grocery store,so we had to use the table which then only left 3 places at the bar to actually eat! The washer doesn’t have any cold water just hot so doesn’t matter what setting you put it on. The water pressure in the bathrooms is very limited with the exception of the master bath is decent. Ceiling fan/light in living room never worked (told it’s a known issue) but was very dark at to see anything. Carpets are stained in all rooms and screened pool area has holes big enough to have squirrels join you in the pool.
