### The Space

Welcome to your enchanting vacation retreat at The Enclaves at Festival Resort! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is a haven of comfort and style, perfectly designed to sleep up to nine guests for an unforgettable Orlando getaway.

Step inside to a bright, open-plan living space decorated in an appealing bohemian style with natural wood furniture. Relax on the comfortable sofa for a movie night on the smart TV, or gather for a meal in the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering a quiet retreat after a day of adventure:
* **Master Suite:** A spacious sanctuary with a King bed, a twin bed, a cozy sofa, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* **Bedroom 2:** Features a comfortable Queen bed and its own smart TV.
* **Themed Bunk Room:** A magical space for the kids! This fun, Disney-themed room features two sturdy twin bunk beds, sleeping four little dreamers.

Step outside to your private patio area with lounge chairs, overlooking a peaceful, natural watery area. For your convenience, the townhome also includes a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the incredible amenities at the Festival Resort. It's a destination in itself!

* **Resort Pool & Water Park:** Make a splash in the large, resort-style swimming pool or let the kids explore the pirate ship water playground and splash pad.
* **Games & Recreation:** Challenge your family to a round of mini-golf, visit the colorful game room  and arcade, or enjoy the sand volleyball court and playground.
* **Clubhouse Amenities:** Stay active at the fitness center, practice on the putting green, or relax at the clubhouse.
* **Dining & Shopping:** Grab a bite at the on-site bar and grill, treat yourself at the ice cream parlor, or pick up essentials at the general store.

Nestled in the heart of the action, our townhome is the perfect base for exploring Orlando's world-famous attractions. You are just a stone's throw away from the magic.

### Getting Around

We recommend having a car to make the most of your time in the Orlando area. Free parking is provided for your vehicle at the townhome.

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is conveniently located about 30 minutes from the resort.

### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
* Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.

Please note a few important details for your stay:
* We do not provide washcloths, so please plan to bring your own.
* A high chair and a Pack 'n Play are available upon request.
