The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything we could have wanted for our holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and coffee machine were great and were used daily. Bedrooms and bedding were lovely and comfortable and for the price we paid it was worth the money. Responses from the property owner were prompt and any initial issues we had were dealt with straight away.
The negative part of the stay was the location of the apartment. It is within an apartment block which is mixed with permanent residents and holiday makers. Being residential, there were many dogs around which would bark at all hours of the night and on one occasion we found 2 large dogs roaming loose when we returned home late from the theme parks.
The refuse collection point is directly facing the apartment and collections took place twice a week at 5am which was an early wake up call for all of us due to the noise of the wagons reversing, collecting the refuse and leaving.
One final point was the sprinkler system. This would start at 5am and then again at 8am and covered the whole exit from the building to the car, meaning we would be soaked with sprinkler water if we left between 0800-0830, we soon learned to wait until after. Not only this but the sprinkler at the end of the property was broken and for the whole holiday it spouted water up into the air, flooding the car park and making a really loud noise. I reported this but nothing was done to rectify it and it disturbed our sleep every night and was a real pain to be honest.
If the apartment was situated somewhere else then I would definitely stay there again but the surroundings really spoilt it for us all.
