  • Notre villa du lac Berkley est une location de vacances de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains idéalement située près de l'autoroute 192 derrière Medieval Times & Walmart et à quelques minutes des restaurants, des parcs et des terrains de golf

    La piscine est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une dure journée dans les parcs ou faire du shopping. Quoi de plus agréable que de profiter du soleil avec une boisson fraîche en admirant le lac et en observant la faune locale.

    Les détails de notre villa comprennent: -

    La chambre principale a un lit King size, un grand dressing, un ventilateur de plafond, un coffre-fort et la télévision par câble. La salle de bain dispose d'une grande douche à l'italienne, d'un sèche-cheveux et d'un lisseur.

    La 2e chambre est une grande pièce ensoleillée avec un lit queen size, la télévision par câble, une console de jeux, un ventilateur de plafond et un grand espace de rangement.

    La 3ème chambre a un thème Spongebob Squarepants avec un lit double superposé confortable idéal pour tous les âges avec une console de jeux, un ventilateur de plafond et un grand espace de stockage.

    Le salon dispose de 3 canapés confortables, d'une télévision par câble à écran plat de 50 'offrant des centaines de chaînes ainsi que d'un lecteur PS3 (Blu-ray), Wii et Blu-ray. Netflix, Amazon Prime et Alexa sont tous disponibles.

    Nous fournissons également un PC avec accès Internet haut débit, WiFi, webcam et imprimante. Appels locaux, longue distance et internationaux gratuits vers les lignes fixes britanniques.

    La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils habituels, y compris le gaufrier et le grand grill George Foreman.

    La piscine est entièrement blindée et dispose d'une grande terrasse avec des meubles d'extérieur de luxe et un barbecue. Des arbustes sont plantés des deux côtés de la piscine pour plus d'intimité.

    Le garage a été transformé en salle de jeux avec table de billard en ardoise de 8 pieds, fléchettes électroniques et baby-foot. Un plateau de conversion permet de convertir rapidement la table de billard en table de ping-pong.

House was the perfect getaway for me and my son. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing spots within the community. The house was stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated the quick communication with Lawrence! We would definitely stay here again!

The pool was nice needs some restoration and there was a lot of dust me and daughter were sneezing a lot in the house. One deep clean will make a difference

Updated home with everything you need for a stay-cation. We only went out to eat once. We didn't get the pool heated however because of the hot days/warm nights we were able to enjoy a warm pool everyday of our stay. Comfy beds and plenty of seating around the home and the pool. Prompt communication with Lawrence. Thank you.

Close to park, Walmart around the corner, nice and cozy, had everything we needed even an infant bath tub, house fully prepared for all ages in your family!

We had the most wonderful few days at this location. Lawrence was quick to respond with the few minor things we needed assistance with. The home was relaxing and close to everything we did. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cool Place!

Super convenient to theme parks and restaurants without being amongst all the hustle and bustle.Fast and friendly communication with the owner.Nice pool! Cool little fishing pond. My kids had a blast!

Nice home with all the amenities that you need to be comfortable. Host made sure to make sure he left all instructions for everything with the home and neighbor. Great location. Close to everything we wanted to travel to.

Spring break 2024

Very nice location. The villa was great. We enjoyed the pool, lake, tennis court, basketball court, and the trail around the pond. Our kids loved it and it is in a very safe community that’s close to a lot of fun attractions. We liked it so much we are looking into purchasing a home in this neighborhood now after talking a look at an open house.

Very clean property in a very nice gated community!! Check in process was a breeze and it is centrally located to practically anything you could want to do. We did not want to leave!!

Getaway for our elderly father

We took our dad on an extended stay with our dad. The house was so nice. Very clean and well appointed. The host, Lawrence, was amazing. If we had a question or small issue, it was addressed immediately. Don't hesitate in booking this home. It is lovely.

Fun Week Before the Holidays

We loved the gated community. Felt very safe. The property was so wonderful just how we like it. The pool right outside the looking over the pool was the pond that my husband enjoyed the fishing. The only thing that wasn’t to my liking was it could have been a little cleaner. But I would love to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality. Adela

Rotunda Stay

Very well positioned villa, quiet street and very well equipped. Good distance accross from opposite properties so very quiet and not overlooked. Decking area very pleasant and can take in the wildlife in and around the water, or the golfers on the course opposite which is far enough away not to have any stray shots. Lots of golf course options within 2 mile of the property. The best part of the villa is the owners, they are a pleasure to deal with and respond quickly to any messages. I would nit hesitate to recomend and plan to use this villa again.

Nice quiet stay

When we first arrived the house smelt so good and clean. The pool is so nice to relax in after a long day out and it has a beautiful view of the pond behind. Lots of ducks come right up to the fence. The pool table/pong table was as a big hit for my 24 and 17 year olds. Very pleased with our stay. The only downside was the microwave didn’t work but we called the service number provided they were coming out to fix however we were leaving the day they were coming out. Don’t really need it with the fast food nearby anyways. Other than that it was a wonderful home. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Very nice place

Pool was nice and heated! Found everything workable! Only issue was one of the bedrooms was found locked. After much searching we found the pass key above the master bath door trim! They asked to wash the dishes and put them away upon checkout! Very hard to do using the dishwasher with a 10 am checkout. We ran it but it was not done before we had to checkout! Washed all pots and pans by hand before we left though and left the kitchen clean!

Overall, the house is exactly as listed. It’s in a beautiful gated community and is very safe and quiet. There were some things that were disappointing though. First, was the “game room”. We were looking forward to playing pool and foosball, but it was nothing like we were expecting. It’s inside the garage that is sealed off without any air conditioning or way to open the door to keep it cool. On the hot days, it felt like a sauna in there. It also had what looked like squirrel nests in the corners of the garage which was not something we were wanting kids near. Also, the second bedroom had a horrible mattress with a very crunchy plastic wrap around. The couple in that room ended up sleeping on the couch. Lastly, is the patio door leading to the pool. It doesn’t have a handle and is difficult to open/close. The vertical blinds on the door should be replaced. It was missing at least 4 individual pieces. Every morning when we would wake up, one would be on the ground after falling out. Overall, it was a fine place to stay. The pool was really nice and the view was terrific. Just a little disappointed in the “game room” as this was a big reason we picked this house.

Great Stay, few small issues

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was really nice and very clean. The host was very considerate and provided sheets, towels, pillows, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap and even all the dishes and other kitchen utensils you could want. The only changes I would like to see is replacement of the mattresses. All of the mattresses were extremely hard and were quite worn out. Also many of the outlets were worn out and would not hold in power plugs. Living room couch is also broken and should be replaced as well. We really liked this house and if the above listed issues were resolved we would return in a heartbeat.
