  • Escape to this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse, perfectly situated near the Orange County Convention Center and Universal's new and exciting Epic Universe theme park (10-minute walk to each). Enjoy easy access to all major Orlando attractions, including Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld, all within a 15-minute drive. This stylish townhouse features modern design, elegant decor, and hardwood floors, offering a comfortable and memorable vacation experience for the whole family.

    This home can accommodate up to 8 guests.

    Each bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV for added convenience.
    The third floor includes a luxurious master suite which offers a king-size bed and a large bathroom with his and her sinks. This bedroom includes a pack-and-play for your toddler. This floor also has a secondary bedroom equipped with two full-size beds and its own bathroom.

    On the first floor is another large bedroom which offers two full-size beds and a private bathroom. You will also find the garage on this level equipped with a large washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also a one car driveway, but the resort has lots of additional parking and EV charging stations.

    The living space is on the second floor. The living room offers a sleeper sofa bed along with a 65" Smart TV, perfect for family movie night and a set of board games for game night.
    The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The kitchen comes completely equipped with all the essential comforts of home that you will need to create the perfect meal for your family. A half bathroom is also located on this main level for ease.

    This property is located in the Vista Cay Resort community and includes complimentary access to BBQ grills, a basketball court, playground, fitness facility, movie room, concierge services, mini convenience store, arcade/game room, resort pools with a full-service bar, splash pad, kid's water slide feature, EV charging stations, and lots of additional free parking.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was immaculate—honestly, I had to look for signs that the unit wasn’t brand new. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, from the furniture to the kitchen appliances.The kitchen was amply provisioned with everything we needed, and both the large and small appliances were spotless and worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were wonderfully soft, and the towels were thick and fluffy. We also really appreciated the large-capacity washer and dryer, especially for a longer stay.The furniture was clean and comfortable, the resort itself was quiet and beautifully maintained, and the location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do in the Orlando area.This was one of those rare rentals where there really wasn’t anything to complain about. Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient, and exceptionally well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again.
