Great propriety

We loved the cinema room, a lot of Tv in the house was Nice for our group, enven 2 outside near the pool. PlayStation and Xbox was included, also Netflix and Disney Channel. We loved the pool being heated. The Marvel Spiderman and Ironman playroom was great ! Everything was like we expected ! We had a Ac problem on the second Floor, it was solved very quickly. I realy appreciated the servive of Blue sky villa from the begining to the end !!

Very Disappointed!

This was our third family vacation at Champions Gate, but sadly, it was the most disappointing. The previous homes were great, but this one fell short. We had 17 people (9 adults, 8 kids), here’s what we experienced: Bugs were everywhere - in the beds, on the counters, and we even saw a few cockroaches. By day two, we bought traps and sprayed ourselves. Pest control came on day three, but it didn’t help. Beds – Every adult complained that the king/queen beds were uncomfortable. Game Room - The pool table was warped and uneven. One game station didn’t work, and the other had no sound, so the kids didn’t enjoy it. Dining Room - Dining chairs were ripped and uncomfortable, and there were only 13 chairs for a house that sleeps 18, which made meals difficult. Living Room - The sectional couch felt like sitting on a gym mat—hard, flat, and plastic. Theater - Some front-row recliners wouldn’t work, and the Xbox wouldn’t connect to the projector Bathrooms - No floor mats for the tile floors, and the towels were small and rough. One bathroom had a leaking toilet and non-working outlets. Kitchen - Only 4 plastic cups and mugs. The main chef knife was warped, and there was only 1 sponge and 2 dish towels. The icemaker didn’t work, and the stove ventilation set off the fire alarm twice. No sink stopper or Tupperware, though the property manager eventually brought both. We hoped to enjoy the home when we weren’t at the parks, but dealing with these issues made it hard.

Great home!

We had such a fantastic time at this property! The pool and spa were heated to perfect temperatures and were fantastic to use even in the cooler temps we had. Communication was exceptional with management and any question were answered almost immediately the beds were all very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the game rooms, theater room and themed bedrooms!

Everything was perfect, something for everyone, the girls loved the princess room , my adult kids absolutely loved the theater, the best one we’ve seen , they really enjoyed both game rooms ,also the best one we’ve seen, the strollers and high chairs was a nice touch 👍, the whole layout of the house is amazing, and the double washer and dryer 👏👏love it ,The 2 TVs outside by the pool , 👏👍🤛🏽👌. All those little details make such a difference on your vacation.My mom said it was one of the best vacation she’s been one , everyone enjoyed their stay , Thank you so much for hosting us , I give this house and experience a 5 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and 2 👍👍 ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT

Amazing Home & Host (BSV)

This home was magnificent for our family stay! The upstairs themed rooms and game rooms were perfect for our grandchildren. They were so excited to see all the paintings in the Frozen Room, the Star Wars Room and the rooms with the Avengers. It was perfect that the girls' bedroom and the boys' bedroom both had slides. The adult rooms upstairs and downstairs were great! The spacious kitchen, dining area, and TV area were excellent areas for the whole family. Then to top off everything was the pool and spa area which was a favorite for everyone! The host Blue Sky Villas was great with communication and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything. They were quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed our vacation so much giving credit to the homeowner and the host BSV! I would have given more than 5 stars if it had been available! Thank you for providing this amazing house for a vacation rental. ******

Fun 13th birthday extravaganza

In lieu of a large party, we took our 13 year old son and his 9 friends to stay at this property. It was amazing! They had so much fun in the house and on the property. Make sure to bring your own volleyball so you could use the courts at the clubhouse. Our kids played football in the sand too. The house is well organized. You need to bring your own food, coffee, coffee filters but they have all the cooking supplies. The management were very responsive with any questions. Would recommend for a family with lots of kids!

Happy 8 nights stay and will return

The property is in very good shape overall. Everything functions properly, and the property manager responds to text messages within minutes during work hours 9 am-5 pm, it's very helpful and impressive. I would give 5 stars if more bathroom supplies - shampoo, bath gel etc were provided a little more than just starter level. But actually this should not be an issue if we only stay for less than 5 days. Anyway we will be happy to stay here again if we come next time.

Wonderful Orlando Visit

This home is just as pictured, fun and spacious. We had everything we needed for a fun few days in Florida. The home felt a littler farther from attractions than we anticipated, but that could also be blamed on Orlando traffic. My kids loved the game room and playing video games on the movie screen. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, heated and clean. The homes are close together but the neighborhoid is quiet. ALL IN ALL, a great rental! Thanks!

Beautiful, large, clean and well-appointed property.

This home accommodated our four families very nicely. There were plenty of spaces to gather as a large group but also plenty of individual spaces to allow for privacy. The game room and home theater were a big hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. The property management company was very efficient, responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend this property to others.

We just got back from staying a week and there were no regrets. The house is exactly as its pictured and I wasn't expecting that. I thought the rooms were jazzed up alittle online to make it look good but that wasnt the case, the rooms looked exactly as they did online and the house is beautiful. It may or may not be shown or I didnt notice when booking but by the pool outside there are 2 tvs on the walls which was omg we were able to play music on one and cartoons on the other for the kids while playing in the pool. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Home

From booking to check-out everything was super easy. The home is just as pictured, very clean, and close to just about anything you would want to do! If your traveling with kids and want to spend a day relaxing, there is plenty for them to do in the home. The owners put a lot of thought into the house and it shows.
