  • Un condo de coin hautement souhaitable sur le troisième étage, Lakeside Retreat possède quarts de vie spacieux et un fantastique balcon de débrayage.

    Une salle à manger confortable et une cuisine entièrement équipée auront le chef dans votre famille fouetter jusqu'à délicieuses délices pour tous, et vous pouvez même apporter votre animal de compagnie avec vous en vacances!

    La suite principale dispose d'un grand lit confortable avec sa propre télévision et la deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec une télévision de 35 pouces. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec sa propre télévision, et le canapé-lit dans le salon confortable rend ce condo assez grande pour accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes.

We had a nice 6 day stay. Wasn't as well apportioned as other units we've stayed in at Vista Cay in the past, but it met our needs. Host was very helpful. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. A resort feeling with good amenities, but pricey. It was clean and beautifully setup. it was a nice surprise to find out it was a company rental. They were very attentive to our needs. They also have an 800 number to reach out of to hit a snag. I would give 5 stars if our bed wasn't so uncomfortable to sleep in.

Great for a family

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved how close it was to the pool, too. Would recommend to others and stay here again.

Great for Volleyball Tournament

This was great for us! We were able to walk to the convention center for the tournament and then hang at the pool and activity center later. The management group was very responsive and the whole process from check in to check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

Our unit was great. It was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the property and all the amenities. It was a perfect location, close to everything. All communication was great and check in and out was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The place was very neat and clean. I was a little taken aback about it "sleeping 10" because I am not sure how two adults would sleep on a twin bed in reality. Other than that, very happy with the stay

All you Need

We arrived with easy access to the gate and apartment/condo code. The beds are super comfortable and the condo is stocked with all you may need from pool towels, coffee and maker, shampoo, body wash. The balcony was roomy. The check out process is SUPER easy.

My college age daughters and I flew in from Iowa and my parents drove from Jacksonville with their little dog. All of us stayed comfortably in the 3 bedrooms where I was able to make big breakfasts, we could lay out by the super cute pools and order drinks, I could drop the kids off at Universal and Disney while taking my parents to Bok Gardens singing tower, which was better than I thought it would be.I went to the Publix right when I got there and got what I needed to make a few meals, but there were also lots of options close by to go eat. We washed the provided bath and beach towels in the in-house washer and dryer, which was nice. My only critique is maybe a spatula in the kitchen. The cookware was more along the line of what you’d find at a thrift shop, but it does the job. My parents were so happy they were able to bring their dog. Being on the third floor, both my aging parents and their overweight aging dog appreciated the elevator. I liked the walk from our pool to the complex’s other pool which was just as nice. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. Close to Universal & Icon Park. Beautiful Pool and game room for the kids and a beautiful walking trail around a lake for the Fur babies. Would definitely stay here again..

Great location

The property is the perfection location and walking distance to the convention center. The manager even had a snack of Oreos waiting for us. I would suggest adding conditioner with shampoo and soap so that visitors do not need to purchase. I can not think of a recent time that I needed to bring / purchase conditioner. However, it may have been an oversight.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was wonderful! Very tidy, clean and very welcoming upon arrival. Plenty of towels and thoughtful extras like coffee filters, spray oil etc. The rental process was annoying. Upon securing reservations I was hoping for just one comprehensive e-mail with all the overall info covering expectations, what to bring and check-in/out procedures. Instead it was a constant flow of many usless e-mails, maybe 1 tiny piece of pertinent information might be buried somewhere in the e-mail of ads. Some info was not given until the actual days we where there. For me a vacation includes a vacation from technology. No departure instructions where given until the day we were to leave forcing us to keep checking the phone. The bedding was hot. All in my party experienced the same thing. The blankets felt plastic like and did not breath making us all sweat every night no matter what we did. No one slept very well. Maybe consider cotton or linen sheets and blankets. Something that breaths.

Condo was very clean and well maintained. There is an very old picture on the website with a nasty green couch, this pic is old and is no longer the way the condo looks. It was concerning to me and I do not want it to be concerning to anyone else.

Very clean and nice but poor communication

The condo was very clean and just as described in the listing. The property was well kept and family/pet friendly. My only complaint was the answering service and lack of communication with the property management. I called and emailed multiple times and never received a return call. The answering service was rude and unable to answer any questions.
