Sleeping arrangement for up to 14 people(base rate is for 10 people), 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and smart TVs, 1 room with a queen bed, and 2 rooms with twin overfull beds. The outdoor area features a pool and spa, chaise chairs, an outdoor dining table, large gas grill for the perfect cookout.

No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME IS THE SAME NUMBER OF PAYING GUESTS LISTED IN THE BOOKING, it is not ok to bring friends or family that are not part of your booking, the property is for lodging and enjoyment of its guests, it's not a clubhouse. Please note, that violations will result in booking termination at the guest's expense, as noted in the rules and conditions of guest agreement.



Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.



Be gentle with the linens, we only use premium products, and damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.



A propane grill is available for guests, use it at your own risk. There is no fee for using the grill, but guests are responsible for their own propane, If needed you can do a refill exchange at the 7-Eleven nearby. The home doesn't have Pool heating.
