THE ADVENTURERS CLUBHOUSE – A VACATION HOME WITH A STORY



The Adventurers Clubhouse isn't simply a place to stay near Walt Disney World. This distinctive 4-bedroom vacation home was created around a story of exploration, discovery, and adventure, with immersive details throughout the house inspired by some of Disney's most memorable adventure-themed environments.



And just like any great adventure, not everything is immediately visible.



One of the home's bedrooms is actually hidden behind a bookcase and accessed through a secret door, creating an unexpected discovery that perfectly complements the explorer-inspired story woven throughout The Adventurers Clubhouse.



The name The Adventurers Clubhouse was inspired by Disney's original Adventurers Club at Pleasure Island and the immersive approach to storytelling associated with Imagineer Joe Rohde, whose work included the Adventurers Club and later Disney's Animal Kingdom.



The home's broader inspiration draws from Adventureland, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Disney's S.E.A. – the Society of Explorers and Adventurers – with its imaginative world of explorers, collectors, artifacts, and adventures in faraway places.



Rather than turning every room into a theme-park set, the home was designed to remain fresh, comfortable, and inviting while allowing its adventure story to reveal itself through carefully chosen details, hidden surprises, authentic pieces, and custom craftsmanship.



INDIANA JONES, JUNGLE CRUISE & ADVENTURE-INSPIRED DETAILS



As you explore the home, you'll discover its strongest design influences in spaces inspired by Indiana Jones and Raiders of the Lost Ark along with Jungle Cruise. Lighter touches inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean and the Enchanted Tiki Room add even more personality throughout the house.



The secret bookcase door leading to one of the bedrooms is an especially memorable part of the experience. At first glance, it appears to be part of the home's décor. Discover the hidden entrance, however, and the bookcase becomes a doorway into one of the bedrooms—a playful detail that feels perfectly at home in a property inspired by explorers, adventures, and hidden discoveries.



But what truly makes The Adventurers Clubhouse stand apart is that many of its details aren't simply reproductions selected to create a themed look.



Throughout the home are genuine pieces originating from Disney resorts and, in select cases, the parks. These include lamps, trim, light fixtures, moldings, mirrors, picture frames, cabinets, bedside tables, drawers, vanities, beds, and other distinctive elements.



Other pieces were custom-built specifically for The Adventurers Clubhouse using scenic-finishing and fabrication techniques developed through experience in the theme-park, television, movie, and commercial carpentry industries.



The result is a vacation home where the storytelling is found in the details.



A particular light fixture, unusual piece of furniture, architectural element, color choice, hidden doorway, or decorative accent may have a story behind it. Guests who enjoy Disney history, Imagineering, themed environments, or simply discovering interesting details may find something new each time they look around.



SOUTH-FACING PRIVATE POOL & SPA



The adventure continues outside with a south-facing private screened pool and spa, giving your family its own place to enjoy the Florida sunshine.



Spend a relaxing morning beside the water, cool off with an afternoon swim, or return after a full day exploring Orlando and enjoy a quiet evening around the pool. The screened lanai, spacious pool deck, and outdoor patio furniture create a comfortable setting for spending time together without leaving the home.



Please note that pool heat is not currently available.



COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR UP TO 8 GUESTS



The Adventurers Clubhouse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.



Two queen bedrooms each feature their own ensuite bathroom, giving adults and couples additional privacy. Two additional bedrooms each feature a twin bunk bed and share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One of the home's bedrooms is made even more memorable by its hidden entrance behind a bookcase, adding an unexpected element of adventure to the stay.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at home, whether you're making breakfast before heading to the theme parks, grabbing a quick lunch between activities, or enjoying a relaxed family dinner.



A TV is provided in the living room and TVs are available in three of the bedrooms. Complimentary wireless internet, central air conditioning, and a full-size washer and dryer with towels and bed linens provided add the everyday conveniences families appreciate throughout their stay.



With approximately 1,638 square feet of living space, the home combines comfortable accommodations with a personality, story, and level of detail rarely found in a traditional vacation rental.



HIGH GROVE RESORT AMENITIES



High Grove is a secure gated community offering additional amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay. The community features a resort-style swimming pool, outdoor spa, clubhouse, fitness room, game room, children's playground, guest lounge, business center, and wireless internet. Please note that the community swimming pool is not heated. Some resort amenities may require an additional guest fee.



NEAR DISNEY & ORLANDO'S TOP ATTRACTIONS



Located approximately 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, The Adventurers Clubhouse at High Grove provides a convenient location for experiencing Central Florida. Orlando's other famous attractions, along with area shopping, dining, entertainment, and golf, are also conveniently accessible.

Enjoy the convenience of self check-in anytime after 4:00 PM without the need to meet anyone in person. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival, making it quick and easy to access the home and begin your vacation.



RESORT AMENITIES and CLIMBING WALL DISCLAIMER



The property includes a recreational climbing wall. Guest acknowledges that climbing is an inherently dangerous recreational activity and involves risks that cannot be completely eliminated, including but not limited to falls, slips, collisions, loss of balance, and bodily injury. Use of the climbing wall is entirely voluntary and at the user's own risk. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Guest agrees to ensure that all members of Guest's party and all visitors comply with all posted climbing-wall rules and safety instructions. Guest assumes the inherent risks associated with use of the climbing wall and accepts responsibility for determining whether the climbing wall is appropriate for Guest and members of Guest's party. The climbing wall may not be used if the wall, climbing holds, safety mats, or surrounding area appear damaged, loose, wet, improperly positioned, or otherwise unsafe. Any suspected damage or unsafe condition must be reported immediately to Management, and use of the climbing wall must cease until Management confirms that it may be used. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Guest agrees that the property owner, property manager, management company, and their respective agents and representatives shall not be liable for injury or property damage resulting from the inherent risks associated with voluntary use of the climbing wall.



Access to High Grove community amenities is subject to the policies, rules, fees, availability, and operating schedules established by the community and may change without notice.
