Welcome to our luxury finished 3600 Sq ft pool home at beautiful Crystal Cove Resort. It is conveniently located close to shopping and dining (less than 1 mile away). Disney is only 6 miles away. Just minutes from major attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios, Aquatica and the Convention Center is 20 minutes driving away.

Our 2 story home has 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathroom. 2 king bedrooms(one is on 1st floor), 2 queen bedrooms(one is on 1st floor), 2 twin bedrooms with 4 twin beds(Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired),2 twin bedrooms for kids, one futon sleep sofa and one folding bed.

Our first class vacation home is furnished to a very high standard with many extra amenities. The villa has 9 TVs(1 55' and 8 32' ),300W Sound bar, Nintendo Wii, Free WiFi high speed Internet up to 1 Gbps and Free long distance telephone call to USA and Canada, Board games. Perfect for entertaining guests of all ages. A games room complete with pool table, Foosball table. Easy to keep everyone well occupied!

Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your feast! Everything that you need will be at your reach!

The home is also baby friendly. We have a crib, high chair and a stroller ready for your little ones. We also have a safety fence around the pool to add more security for kids.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Crystal Cove Resort home! It was such a joy to have our entire family together and even more special that we could bring along our fur babies too. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing getaway.The 8 bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook family meals, while the open living area was perfect for gathering, laughing, and making memories.The game room was a big hit with the kids (and adults too!), and the private pool was just wonderful after a long day at the parks. The location couldn’t have been better close to the parks (and Walmart) yet tucked away in a quiet, gated community. The check-in process was seamless, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.This home truly had everything we could ask for: comfort, luxury, and space for everyone even our pets! It was the perfect setting to bring our whole family together and create memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall the house was very nice. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen and loved the dinning room. the pool was refreshing, however difficult to get into and out for a 72yr. Also, the stairs were difficult especially with the strip of wood on the edge. the cleaning crew needs to clean a little more: dust under the beds and bathrooms need more than a wipe over. The biggest complaint was having one of our cars towed, at 250, when the car was only inches over the sidewalk. That is really petty of the tow truck driver, just to get 250.00. Must of been a slow week for him.

Disappointed! Beware of bed bugs

We were in Orlando for a tournament and needed enough room for 12 . This house definitely has nice square footage and plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large group, however, beware that even though it says parking for 5 cars, it really does mean small cars, not trucks or SUVs. You cannot park on the street nor block the sidewalk or you get towed. Another issue with the listing is there really is NOT a gameroom in the house. Its in the garage. Too hot in the summer to spend time out there, plus the pool table is wobbly. The den is large, however the two green couches are losing their down feathers and they poke you when you sit. The kitchen had dirty pans, so we had to clean them before we used them. The washing machine is RUSTY, including where you put your soap. We cleaned it too. Lastly, the downstairs bedrooms have bed bugs!!! We found live and dead ones, which suggest this may have been a known problem. When I contacted the owner about this and a few other issues, they seemed unconcerned and offered me a free night on my NEXT stay at one of their properties. I can assure you that I will not be taking them up on this offer in fear other properties are in the same condition. Bottom line, this whole house could use some TLC, from broken towel rods to other furniture issues in addition to what I mentioned above. This review is not written with ill will toward the owner. It is simply an effort to push them to spend a little money. I tried to upload pics & cannot from phone

The furniture was old and dirty. We had a bed that was broke. We paid for pool heat but it hardly worked. We had only a couple towels had to ask management team to get us more. Had no hand towels. The house had fly strips hanging all over in the house. The air upstairs wouldn’t cool. House was dirty. Trash can outside was full. Had to ask management team to come fix broken sliding door and stair rails. No actual blankets on beds. Pool table was broke. We reached out to host and they acted like we were bothering them. Told us to contact the management team. Shower was broke, never had hot water for very long. So most people got cold showers. Pictures did not coincide with what we rented.

House had space but really needs to be updated… was not to clean like it was supposed to be we had to re clean floors, restrooms n bedding.. sliding door to pool was hard to open n close nothing matched in the house, from walls to pics, to curtains, stove didn’t work properly… the list goes on but its was ok just needs a lot of work I would not stay here again

The house did not meet the expected standards for a luxury property as advertised in the description per VRBO.It was dirty, our feet/socks turned black when walking on the floor. There were insects, cockroaches and cobwebs throughout the house. Cigarette butts were found in the front yard. It smelled of smoke in the game room, which was actually the unfinished garage without air conditioning. The door to the pool area would not stay shut which presented a safety concern. The upper level of the home was not able to cool, so the temperature was 84 degrees, even with air conditioning running.We only stayed for 15 hours before we found another property.

Choose this house only if you are not going to be in it but to sleep

Outside was very nice. Inside needs upgrading. There were gouges all over the walls and a hole in wall in one bedroom. The downstairs bathroom, off the kitchen ,flooded every time the shower was used either due to the water pressure or the curtain not being long enough. The rod was held up by a wire fixed to a hook in the wall. The stairs were dirty. Not all lights worked or had bulbs. The furniture was uncomfortable to sit on. The upholstery was dirty and feathers coming out of the seams..No bath mats for the 2 baths downstairs. One remote for the 3 TV’s downstairs.We arrived on a Friday and the trash and recycle bins were packed. Trash was supposed to be picked up on Thursday and recycle on Wednesday. When I called the management company she was to get back to me and I never heard from her. The neighborhood is patrolled constantly by a tow truck looking for parking infractions. The slightest shadow of a bumper on the side walk will get you towed. $258.00 cash. This appears to be totally selective . Cars blocked the sidewalks for days and were never towed. There is no area for guest parking. Can’t park on the street or the swale. Overview of the property is that it needs extensive maintenance. It has not been properly maintained

Three generations of family came great time together. House had everything you needed for an enjoyable vacation. Great communication and response to issues. I would definitely rent again. My only issue was no safety accommodations for elderly or those with minimum mobility.
