A small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — so you can relax without worrying about small accidents.



Security Deposit — Refundable

A refundable deposit returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days depending on your bank or card provider.

📷 Security & Noise Monitoring



Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — outdoor only. No indoor cameras. An indoor noise sensor monitors sound levels to ensure compliance with community quiet hours. No audio is ever recorded.
